호텔 서비스는 매우 괜찮았으나..식사가 조금 다양하지 못해서 아쉬웠어요. 골프장 사용도 가능하다고 생각하여 예약하였으나.. 이 호텔이 아니어서 돈 따로 내고 라운딩했어요. 돈 내고 라윤딩하기엔 너무 관리가 되어 닜지 않았구요.. 어째든 바라데로 호텔은 식사 퀄러티만 조금 나아지면 다른건 만족합니다

โรงแรมที่มีเสน่ห์มาก ทําเลเยี่ยม ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ตัวเมืองตรงที่ชายหาดที่สวยงาม บริการเป็นกันเองที่สมบูรณ์แบบและพิเศษ!!! คุณไม่พบบริการที่ดีกว่านี้ในวาราเดโร ฉันจะ defenetly come back!

อาหารอร่อย. สภาพแวดล้อมสวยงามมาก สถานที่ใหญ่มาก แต่ระยะทางจากห้องไปร้านอาหารค่อนข้างยาว เสียงหัวเราะของบริการล๊อบบี้ไม่เป็นธรรมชาติพอ อาหารก็ไม่เลว

เรามีช่วงเวลาที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจที่ Royalton Hicacos เราเป็น Diamond Club และลองอาหารตามสั่งทั้งหมด อาหารอร่อยมาก เกินความคาดหมายทั้งหมดและความคิดเห็นเชิงลบก่อนหน้านี้ แอลกอฮอล์ส่วนใหญ่ขาดแคลน (วอดก้าและเตกีล่า) แต่มีเหล้ารัม เบียร์ จิน และไวน์อยู่เสมอ แน่นอนว่าเป็นฝูงชนที่เก่ากว่า แต่ก็ยังเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ดี ทีมบันเทิงทํางานได้ดีในระหว่างวันและการแสดงตอนกลางคืนก็ดี จะได้รับคืน 100%

No spaces with air conditioning for relaxing at the bar. The only space with air conditioning is at the main restaurant. At the beach you don’t have a close bar. Hard to have a cold drink at the beach. The plastic glasses at the beach are to small to take any drink at the beach. The food at the restaurant is good and varied. The beach and the water are amazing!

Good resort, clean and modern. Theres restaurants, bars, small shops, pools and its on the beach. The rooms are modern, clean and big. A bus is available for free to go to Varadero city on a daily basis, multiple times. The people are approachable and helpful, very lovely people. The food is diverse, meat and veggies. Tasty vegetables and fruits.

This was our third visit to this resort and our seventh trip to Cuba. Short version/summary: The current food shortages are having an impact on the resort, but you can still have a good vacation if you manage your expectations and aren’t a picky eater. First-timers to Cuba should perhaps wait until the shortages are resolved. The beach is fantastic and the staff delightful. Long version….. I write this review with mixed feelings, as it’s clear that Cuba is in a crisis and the lovely staff at this resort are trying their best in very difficult circumstances. However I feel that I would be doing a disservice to fellow travellers if I were to gloss over the noticeable decline in food variety that we noticed since our last visit in 2019. Room: We had a ground floor bungalow room, close to the beach. The bungalow rooms are a good size, with a large wrap-around balcony. The room was tired, but clean and had everything we needed. The mattress was comfortable (the best we’ve ever had in Cuba), and the pillows adequate. Air conditioning worked well. The bathroom has a separate room for the toilet and large-stand-up shower, and a good-sized counter for the sink. We had lots of hot water, and great water pressure all week. Towels were large and thick. The closet is located by the sink and has shelves, drawers, and space to hang clothes. Lots of hangers were provided. We had a number of issues with the room through the week (door, safe, plumbing) but all were corrected quickly once reported to staff. Our patio door was exceptionally heavy to open – we chose not to report this as there didn’t seem to be much potential for a solution and we didn’t wish to change rooms. The room was cleaned daily and bedding changed mid-week. Bottled water was provided daily. Beach: What an outstanding beach! The sand is soft, the water is clear, and you can walk for miles. There are lots of palapas at this resort (and more actively being built) but not quite enough chairs. It was necessary to claim chairs in the morning to get a spot. There are games and activities on the beach, and the standard kayaks/pedal boats that you can use. Staff will take you for a short hobie cat ride for free, or for $20/person you can have staff take you in a hobie cat to a nearby snorkling reef. There is a washroom near the beach, however it sometimes didn’t have toilet paper first thing in the morning. Pool: The pool is large and kept nice and clean. It was never an issue to get seats at the pool at any time of day, however shade is fairly limited. There are some broken tiles in the pool here and there (mostly near the edges) so keep an eye where you step. There are also lots of activities at the pool and live music/entertainment every afternoon. There are washrooms close by. Entertainment: This year had the best variety and quality of entertainment that we’ve seen in a long time. Well this is my first time is an all inclusive resort and first time in Cuba. I feel like the elevators not working may be their downfall with people not returning, it didn't bother me but I could tell a lot people were not happy. My room was clean and I had hot water the whole time. I went in not expecting much as I read reviews before going. Be prepared to like pork, it's there almost everyday, I loved the pig roast, good eating. There was only one day without coffee at the coffee bar and no real eggs the last two days I was there. The bread was awesome, always fresh. The daily activities were well set up and non stop. Ivan, the entertainment manager did a great job arranging all the shows, different ones every night. He is also a great guy to have a conversation with about the locals and the hotel. The whole staff went above and beyond to stay happy and meet all my needs, thanks to them the atmosphere is always energetic. I'll be back as this is a smaller resort with more of a Cuban feel, I took the hop -on, hop-off bus to the other resorts and a lot are newer but look like anything you would find throughout the world.

โรงแรมดีด้วยผลกระทบของอายุเช่น การควบคุมเครื่องปรับอากาศบางห้องใช้งานไม่ได้ อาหารไม่หลากหลาย แต่พอรับได้ตามสถานการณ์ในประเทศซึ่งน่ารําคาญจริงๆ คือไม่มี โรงแรมมีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ยกเว้นในห้องพักและในร้านอาหาร ในฤดูร้อนอุณหภูมิจะเกินจริงบรรยากาศ พนักงานทุกคนผิดหวังที่ดูแลเป็นอย่างดี เป็นมิตร และให้บริการดีมาก ผู้หญิงที่มีคุณภาพ ห่วงใย และให้การต้อนรับดีมาก เต็มใจแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ จริงๆแล้วถ้ามีอะไรที่ทําให้ฉันลืมความร้อนเป็นการรักษาทั้งหมดนี้

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างล้าสมัย แต่ทุกคนพอใจ ยกเว้นข้อดี! พนักงานทุกคนเป็นกันเอง สระว่ายน้ำและหาดส่วนตัวดีมาก รสชาติอาหารกินได้มากกว่าอร่อย ฉันพอใจกับช่วงราคา :)
