คนแน่นในช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ ต้องรออาหารเช้านานถึง 30 นาที คุณภาพของอาหารก็ได้รับผลกระทบเนื่องจากคนเยอะ กินขนมปังแล้วรู้สึกเหมือนมีรสไหม้ แต่พอหันกลับไปมอง กลับพบว่าเป็นรสไหม้ ไม่มีใครดูแลอาหารที่เก็บไว้ข้างนอกในห้องโถงรอทานอาหารเช้า

Had a good weekend at Sheraton Grand mahabalipuram. Loved the huge garden facing the beach. The pool size is decent. Had Buffet Breakfast and Dinner at the restaurant, which had a good spread of Vegetarian items.

Mahabz resort at its best. Great room, great view, great food.

Good food, great stay. Reliable quality. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Lack of attention to detail is very evident at check in and within the room. Food was generally good. Service is good. The staff were great, I stayed for 3 days, but they were visibly frustrated with the crowd on Sunday as there was an event happening aswell within the resort. Maintanence of the rooms and resort was very good. I can’t say it was excellent overall but very close to it. I would say it is one of the best international/name brand resort in the area. Jagdish at C salt restaurant was great and very warm towards us. Tabrej from room dining was great. Bipin Varghese and Manish at concierge was phenomenal the entire stay. Susil was also particularly good and assisted us and took good care of us from check in till check out. Some inconvenience which I didn’t expect at a 5 star resort- Squeaky ceiling fan ruined my sleep in the first night, but it was quickly rectified the next day after i mentioned it to them. Bathroom trashcan in both my rooms were filthy dirty. Dirty sheets. Waited long time for my utensils and table cloth to be kept at breakfast restaurant on 2 days. The breakfast restaurant staff were a little slow at a few areas, but it was generally a pleasant experience.

Susil was very helpful and Bibin too. ManishDeep solves all your needs. Susil helps us anytime and every needs. Overall the stay was at ease and at highest luxury. Cleanliness is maintained very well. Best beach resort to stay for all age group. Children to senior citizens

The rooms are spacious and the property is neat and clean. Staff is cordial and friendly. Kudos to Shivam, the staff who helped us in our stay. The food quality is better than other available options in the area. The property is quite big so you need to have sufficient time to spend in your stay here at Sheraton.

Overall Sheraton Resorts is an amazing property on East coast road between Chennai & Mahabalipuram adjoining picturesque Beach… Having stayed in this resort for the first time, it was memorable experience for 4 days we spent here… It’s our daughter’s birthday we celebrated here. Ankita from Sheraton helped arrange a surprise Balloon decoration at room ***** with Cake cutting. Thanks a bunch to Ankita for this amazing decoration ! Coming to the food, they’ve very well spread breakfast & Buffet dinner with lot of options covering local cuisines in dinner like variety of kolambu’s, Also Customised Pizza’s, Pasta’s, Chats. Food & Service of all staff in “The Reef” restaurant where both Buffet breakfast & buffet Dinner covered is very good covering north, South Indian & continental options… Appreciate service of Mr Yash who served us very well… It’s having Private beach exclusively for Sharaton. Also had multiple amenities at beach including snacks/beverages at the beach for residents… They have unique activities primarily for kids throughout the day which kids enjoy(as captured in one pic) !

It was a great place to stay. Got an upgrade to a sea view room. The food and the hospitality they showed was great. Would definitely get back here. The beach and the c salt restaurant was serene with cyclone at bay!❤️. The room was comfy enough for a couple stay and the view from the balcony was too good to experience.
