"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. At check-in, the staff failed to inform us of a water outage in the area, and unfortunately the backup water system was also not functioning. This resulted in there being no water available for the entire day, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. The situation did not improve the following morning, as there was no hot water available, forcing me to take a cold shower. Overall, the lack of communication and poor handling of the situation by the staff significantly impacted my experience. I am very dissatisfied with the level of service received and will not be booking accommodation at this hotel again."
