รีวิว Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! Durban Umhlanga Ridge

In Durban area 10 minutes drive from the airport this is a very convenient location hotel. The hotel is new and clean. Rooms are quiet. Good spot.

It was a fantastic stay! The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again.

I had a really noisy room. It seems the washing machine was the next door to my room. Could not fall to sleep

Convenience, honest staff&friendly and good hotel

Great staff and service. Across the street from the mall so incredibly convenient.

Really clean hotel Very friendly staff Out door pool Gym was smaller but well equipped and super clean In a shopping development with lots of restaurants but closed around 8pm. Had to get an Uber to the area of town that opens later with bars and more restaurants. Lots of Ubers avaiable and very affordable so not really an issue.

A very good hotel to stay in when you are in durban .surrounded by nice resrurant and close to the mall I Had one of the best breakfast buffet and they make the best currys

I stayed here with my niece and nephews and it was marvellous! I enjoyed all amenities and the location was so great. What a lovely time!

A lovely room 303 - not as nice as the one granted previously but good nevertheless. Clean, spacious, friendly and in a good location. I would certainly stay again in the future. Breakfast staff were especially friendly Many thanks

Nice hotel and staff. Food is good. Shower is not so strong. :)

Staffs were very friendly.

Nice, clean hotel with good facilities. Nice lobby and general feel to the hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows.

There was no wifi my entire trip. There is no excuse for this whatsoever! Way cheaper hotels can deliver on that promise in the slightest. As a remote worker, my business was jeopardized for the duration of my stay. Would definitely not recommend this unreliable hotel, especially if you're a remote worker. Staff service is not great either, they didn't attempt to fix the wifi or care that the entire hotel didn't have an internet connection.
