ถนนยังอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้าง แต่การเดินทางก็ค่อนข้างสะดวกถ้ายังไม่เสร็จ แฮมกับโยเกิร์ตที่เสิร์ฟอาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก มีแอปเปิลกับน้ำเปล่าให้บริการฟรีหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับ และยังมีน้ำเปล่าให้บริการฟรีในห้องพักด้วย

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างดี เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมในเยอรมนีแล้วถือว่าทันสมัยทีเดียว ความสะอาด: ห้องพักสะอาดและถูกสุขอนามัย สภาพแวดล้อม: เงียบสงบมาก ห้องพักหันหน้าไปทางสวน และเงียบสงบมากในตอนกลางคืน การบริการ: พนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก ตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานเสิร์ฟในร้านอาหาร แม้แต่พนักงานทำความสะอาดก็สุภาพมาก อาหารเช้าก็มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย

โรงแรมนี้ดูใหม่เอี่ยม ทุกอย่างดูใหม่เอี่ยม ห้องพักและเตียงนอนสะอาด สะดวกสบาย มีที่จอดรถใต้ดิน แต่ต้องเสียค่าจอดเพิ่ม ส่วนตัวคิดว่าน่าจะประมาณ 18 ยูโรต่อวัน แต่ขับรถออกไปเที่ยวกลางคืนครั้งเดียวเสีย 2 ยูโร โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ริมเมืองเก่า ด้านหลังสถานีรถไฟ ไม่ไกลจากเมืองเก่าเท่าไหร่ แต่เดินไปสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวค่อนข้างลำบาก ส่วนมหาวิหารก็เดินเหนื่อยหน่อย เมืองในเยอรมันไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก ถือว่าค่อนข้างโอเค เลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะใกล้โรงละครโอเปร่า และราคาก็ไม่แพง

The hotel’s service is perfect, they offered free drinks and snacks everyday. If you accept no cleaning on that day, you can get free drink in the bar as encouraging eco free. They offered late check out too. The location is good, for about 10-15 mins to the center and train station. Just one point is the hotel surroundings is under construction, a bit quiet and not very nice.

the blue pot is perfect and stay at Ulm is not a bad idea. The hotel is brand new and everything is good.

This is an excellent hotel with pleasant quiet rooms. Though the breakfast was sufficient, fresh fruit and vegetables were unfortunately missing or extremely bad unripe quality (fruit!).

Overall amazing hotel! Great rooms, comfy beds, very modern, and very clean! Right behind the train station, not far from city center. Parking garage available. The reason I had to deduct 1 point from the amenities is the hairdryer. Every Leonardo hotel has those old, weak, and also short cabled hair dryers. Difficult to dry your hair and takes forever. This is a Leonardo problem though. Other than that, amazing hotel! Can only recommend going there. Great!

I recommend it , so clear, and it’s about 7 min far from train station . So absolutely worth every penny

The hotel itself was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the other staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful. However, my check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a Deluxe Room for 2 adults and 1 child through Trip.com. The booking clearly showed 2 adults, 1 child, and I had also submitted a special request asking for the sofa bed to be prepared before arrival. At check-in, the receptionist informed me that the sofa bed had not been prepared because the reservation allegedly showed only 2 adults. When I showed my booking confirmation, which clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child, she insisted that the hotel had not received such information. I understand that communication issues between the hotel and booking platform can happen. However, what disappointed me most was the receptionist’s attitude. There was no apology, no effort to assist, and no willingness to find a solution. Basic information such as the breakfast location and hotel facilities was only provided when I specifically asked. When I requested her name in order to provide feedback, she refused and replied, “I do not need to tell you.” This review is not about the sofa bed itself, but about the unprofessional and unfriendly service I received during check-in. Fortunately, the rest of my stay and interactions with other staff members were much more pleasant.

It's a cost effective hotel that is 10 minutes walk from the central train station

All good, one stuff that I didn’t like is the construction site next to it

It was okay. Nth to complain abt and near enough to train station. Just that need to cross an overhead bridge and the lift wasnt working. So might be inconvenient for some

This hotel is located in the suburban area, which is slightly remote. However, the city of Ulm itself is not very large, so it is quite convenient to reach attractions like the cathedral. The hotel itself is nice, with a moderate price and excellent value for money.
