"Неплохой отель, приемлемый завтрак. В номере нет холодильника. Номера одной из сторон с маленькими окнами и низким уровнем естественного освещения. Неприятно удивлен сотрудником на стойке регистрации Викторией, звонил не сколько раз не взяли трубку, сказала что работала с гостем, во всем достойных отелях давно есть практика в любом случае взять трубку и попросить подождать. Также попросил выезд не полчаса позже, было отказано якобы с высокой загрузкой, по факту воскресенье номеров свободных более чем достаточно, фактически не пригодилось, вы ехал раньше. думаю не амплуа это специалиста работать с гостями отеля."

"Хороший отель, брали на сутки, при заезде в номере не оказалось халатов, в туалете было написано,что бритва,расчёска,зубная щётка находятся в ящике, там ничего не оказалось по звонку на ресепшн сразу всё принесли. Вид из номера шикарный (брали с видом на реку),но нехватает балконов, чтобы любоваться видом. Завтраки отличные."

"Отель хороший, номер небольшой, но довольно уютный, кровать удобная, полотенца, тапочки, зубной набор в наличии. Завтрак без изысков, но неплохой: овощи, нарезки, каши, яйца, 2 горячих, выпечка.
