"Our stay was not satisfactory, the rooms were not properly cleaned together with the bathrooms. There’s a bad smell in the house, I don’t know if it’s the carpets or what. We found faeces from rats and birds on the floor. You should really check the house before check in time to ensure that it is clean."

"the Location was great and the restaurant staff were friendly and provided us good service, which is unfortunately the two positive parts of our stay. when we arrive, the reception experience was very poor. No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."
