必須給這家酒店的服務和衞生點個大大的贊！整個酒店環境優雅，公共區域非常乾淨。酒店裝修很新，現代簡約風，視覺上清爽舒適。經理，客房主管及客房保潔員工，尤其負責，服務熱情周到，態度和氣暖心。房間更是讓人滿意，不僅佈局合理，而且整潔明亮，床品和毛巾都潔白如新，細節之處盡顯用心。浴室的備品品質很好，熱水充足，洗去了一身疲憊。每一位員工臉上真誠的微笑都讓人如沐春風。在這裏，真正體會到了什麼叫賓至如歸。非常推薦給注重服務質量和衞生條件的朋友們！

携帯電話をおとしました。 とても暑い中一緒に歩きながら20回近くも落とした携帯電話に電話をかけ見つかるようにしてくれました。色んな部署の方も日本に電話をかける手伝いをしてくれました？ おかげで見つかり親切にホテルまで届けてくれました。 皆さん親身になり優しく対応してくれました。

베트남 북부는 1도까지 내려갈정도로 겨울은 추워요 뚜옌꽝에서 유일하게 히터가 나오는 호텔입니다.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und es gibt in fussläufiger Umgebung alles was man benötigt (Essen, Getränke, Kleidung,…). Sehr schön ist auch der See direkt am Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr groß und asiatischer Stil. Der Kaffee ist vietnamesisch stark. Einziger negativer Punkt war der mehrmalige Anruf, dass der Checkout um 12 Uhr sei, völlig untypisch für Vietnam. Ansonsten waren die Bediensteten sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
