Hotel room was clean and spacious! Was in a great location where there were a lot of restaurants and stores. Was near most of the major tourist landmarks that I wanted to visit! I liked how this location was near a lot of bus lines where I was able to take the bus to all these planned landmarks of mine. The receptionist women looks better looking in person than in her photos.

The hotel facilities are generally run down. It seems like the whole place could use a deep clean & repair of the basic amenities (light switches/outlets/furniture.) Information at the front desk (via translator) was not forthcoming. Sunflower seed shells everywhere.

The location is far from the Center (but there are some nice authentic food places nearby), the shower water drained very slowly and I got bed bug bites during my stay.

We stayed for only one night but the impression was good from the moment we entered the hotel. We arrived after 8pm from Korla tired and hungry. But the hotel staff was very friendly and we were given a jovial welcome which immediately alleviated our tireness. The check-in was fast and smooth as the hotel is experienced in handling foreigner guests. The room was spacious, the sheets & pillows were clean (no foul smell). There were lots of restaurants and minimarts nearby but if you want early breakfast, there is only one eatery that opens at 7am while the rest open at 10am. We would like to thank the security uncle for helping us to carry our luggage up the flight of stairs to our room (the hotel has no lift). He even praised us for speaking better Mandarin than him (from the look of him, I think he is a Uyghur). Thank you uncle, we will always remember you.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist me and I am so grateful for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel, for international travelers as well. Thank you so much again !

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，拎包入住。沒有電梯，但停車場很大，停車方便，交通便利。環境優美，周圍邊上就有超市。

房間衞生太差

酒店性價比高，價格實惠，酒店有停車位比較大，空調新的，比較涼快，房間比較大，環境衞生挺好的，晚上睡覺不吵，住了一晚上，酒店體驗感還是不錯

停車位緊張，人行道上停車，去的晚就沒了，房間整體還可以，衞生間是玻璃隔出來的，比較透光，房間插座有些少

太差，不乾淨，好像沒打掃衞生了……

訂的大床房，房間寬敞明亮，床被乾淨整潔。空調吹着非常涼爽，入住感覺很親和。總之，性價比很高，值得入住。

設施老舊，主要是窗簾左右拉不齊，大清早就被光照醒了，五一期間酒店普遍漲價，也能理解

衞生乾淨。樓下有小吃店。房間大，晚上很安靜。距離吐魯番博物館中心區域5公里左右，自駕、打車很方便，不用在市中心那麼吵。前台幾個小妹妹眼睛非常漂亮，態度也好。
