Great area between ha long bay cruise departure and sleeper bus pick up. Both very close. Hotel was very peaceful, good night's sleep and great food. Big room with everything you would need.

Stayed here for one night prior to our Ha Long Bay cruise. We had a lovely stay and the staff were very kind and courteous, offering to help us with every aspect of our stay in the area. We cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking for somewhere to stay in this area!

This is the first time we stayed at Paradise Suites Hotel and we never regretted it. Their service room is quite big and their bed is amazing. The front desk is very accommodating. Next time around will book the same hotel. You have a satisfied customer.

The hotel was great. The immediate area around the cruise port is totally dead, and there is nothing to do but wait for your cruise ship to board. Nothing happening at supposedly one of the busiest times of the year. Had I known this, I would have stayed in Ha Long city and not on the island.

Excellent location to overnight before taking a Ha Long Bay cruise. They even have a private beach to enjoy. The only negative is the breakfast. It’s pretty pricey and the meal selection is not that great. I would suggest skipping the additional costs and go around the corner to one of the many local restaurants.

A good hotel for a night stop over before going to Halong bay. The food is excellent we requested a late diner and they immediately attend to our hungry kids. And as well as a take away bread during breakfast! The staff are lovely.

If you are looking for a Hotel near the Marina so you can board your Cruise in the morning then seriously consider this Hotel. The staff was pleasant and waited for our late arrival then arranged for us to be driver to the terminal on their EV. All four of us really enjoyed our stay here and wished we stayed an extra day instead of Hanoi. We arrived late so we didn't get to sample their cuisine but we had an enjoyable Breakfast Buffet.

It was good hotel especially beding was so good. Very cozy. We can rent a bike that was useful . Hotel Nas swimming pool and private beach they eun electronic car they take us and return back, too. It was si nice. They gave me informations about booking limousine therefore I can easily move other places Breakfast was nice. But so many people crowded IIt was like a market. But food was nice. Totally It was good experience.

Exceptionnel ...tout est parfait j'en garderais un très bon souvenir .

房間衞生還算可以，就是沙灘和游泳池離得比較遠，需要做景觀車。不過吃飯很方便離碼頭也近。適合長途旅行中休整時住。
