We had a wonderful stay at Mystic Lifestyle, and it was absolutely perfect! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. A huge shoutout to Linesh from the restaurant — he was truly outstanding, attentive, and made us feel so welcome; his service really made our evening unforgettable. Akhilesh from the restaurant was equally fantastic, and Koonal from the bar served with professionalism and a friendly smile that added to the overall atmosphere. From the cozy room to the attentive staff, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Mystic Lifestyle for anyone looking for a memorable getaway with excellent service!

Just returned from 8 nights in Mauritius spent at the Mystik Lifestyle Boutique Hotel. A lovely, small hotel with a relaxed vibe. The restaurant food is delicious, a good range of options on the menu and always freshly prepared so worth the wait. Great service from Sanjay in the restaurant, always friendly, efficient and smiling. A special mention to the barman Kunal in the Sky Bar for putting on our cocktail making class, which was great fun. He is a delightful chap and serves up a fantastic selection of the best tasting cocktails ever. The Sky Bar is a wonderful setting to enjoy them. We would love to return.

Kunal is the best on the Island! Sunil, Tashan and Kashish too. The food is great, the location is great but the friendliness made it better than the best 5 star Hotel. They are sincere and it really felt like they care about you!

Well everything was quit Nice the Food was very good the only Bad thing was that the Service was slow especially when you have to wait for the food. The skybar was very very Nice. The worker kunal is one of the nicest Person there and very helpful

Sky Bar at Mystik Hotel is an absolute gem, and a huge part of that is thanks to Kunal Robin, the bartender. From the first drink to the last, the service was flawless. Kunal is not just making cocktails – he’s creating an experience. Friendly, confident, attentive, and clearly passionate about what he does. Every recommendation was spot on, every cocktail perfectly balanced, and the vibe he brings behind the bar makes the place come alive. The bar itself is stunning – breathtaking views, especially at sunset, a relaxed but classy atmosphere, and a layout that makes you want to stay longer than planned. Add to that fast, professional service and genuinely warm hospitality, and you have something special. I truly hope the Hotel General Manager and the Food & Beverage Manager are aware of what they have here. Sky Bar is operating at a very high level, and Kunal Robin is a real asset to the hotel. Talent like this elevates the entire guest experience. Highly recommended – this is exactly how a hotel bar should feel.

We didn’t stay at Mystik as we were in an apartment close by, but we had dinner there 2 nights in a row. I was a little wary as some reviews said the service was slow, but we had a great experience, nice staff, not long to wait and excellent food.

Our stay at Mystik Hotel in Mauritius was an absolute nightmare, especially considering we were there on our honeymoon and were expecting something special. Instead, we were welcomed with disappointment after disappointment. To begin with, there was no complimentary water provided – everything had to be paid for, which is ridiculous for a so-called “high-end” hotel. No room service, no luggage service, and no in-room phone to even contact reception. It felt more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. The WhatsApp number they give for assistance? Completely useless. No replies. We were put on the second floor with no lift, despite clearly traveling with six heavy bags including four 23kg suitcases. I had to carry everything myself while staff just stood by. Not once did anyone offer help. As for the room itself, it was crawling with lizards, the AC was way too small and ineffective, and the room remained hot most of the time. No proper cleaning was done during our stay – just a poorly made bed. The bathroom was not cleaned and towels weren’t even replaced. This is basic hotel service and they couldn’t even get that right. We were promised early check-in, but instead had to wait for the room. They even promised breakfast for early checkout – another empty promise. When we did have breakfast, it was a joke. Only one item allowed, no buffet, and terrible quality. Easily the worst hotel breakfast we've had anywhere. Overall, the service was non-existent, the comfort was poor, and it was a huge disappointment for a honeymoon trip. This place is all about the photos and absolutely nothing about service or hospitality. Avoid at all costs. There are far better places in Mauritius that actually care about their guests.

Had a wonderful time at Mystik Lifestyle! The setup is beautiful and relaxing, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were amazing ,super refreshing and full of flavor. Highly recommend for a perfect chill day! 😍 Can’t wait to go back 😍😍😍

Stayed at this hotel prior to flight home following medical emergency on holiday. It was such a gem of a place from location, facilities, room, food and most importantly staff. Special shout out to Andy Nold,General Manager who could not have been more helpful, attentive and welcoming. I do hope to return to Mauritius at some point and would definitely come back here. Thank you all so much ❤️

The staff at Mystik Life Style were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were friendly and attentive, making sure that their clients had all the things they ordered. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a priority. The rooms were beautifully done . Their food was just as amazing, delicious, and melting in the mouth . And the from the rooms are very beautiful especially at sunset .

Mystik Lifestyle rooms are thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist touch, and it offered stunning ocean views. The staff is consistently warm, attentive, and professional. Great People! Whether you're traveling for leisure or a quiet retreat, i would definitely recommend Mystik!

Beautiful location overlooking the ocean. Refresh yourself in the pool or swim in the ocean. The public beach is just 50 m away and is well maintained. We never saw it crowded. We used the hotel as our base for our ventures on the island. Despite being located in the northwest, travel times to Port Louis and the south were reasonable. We used a rental car which we picked up at our arrival at the airport. Many thanks to the whole team which provided excellent service to us. Special thanks to Ilesh who served us our meals always with a big smile.
