ที่ตั้งนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมากสำหรับกิจกรรมที่ต้องไปรับและส่ง ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 1-5 นาที ขนาดห้องนั้นเหมาะสมสำหรับกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ 3 ใบ วิวสวยงามราวกับภาพวาด มีหน้าต่างบานใหญ่พร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐาน เช่น ผ้าขนหนูและกระดาษทิชชู่ แผนกต้อนรับปกติจะมีเพียง 1 คน ดังนั้นเขา/เธอจะยุ่งเสมอในช่วงวันหยุดอีสเตอร์ ไม่แน่ใจว่าวันปกติจะเป็นวันอะไร อาหารเช้าก็โอเค มีอาหารตะวันตกทั่วไป และอย่าคาดหวังว่าจะมีอาหารเช้าแบบเอเชียให้เลือก ฮ่าๆ เพราะดูเหมือนว่าคนเอเชียจะคุ้นเคยกับอาหารจีน/เอเชียเป็นพื้นฐาน และคาดหวังว่าจะมีอาหารเรียกน้ำย่อยมากกว่านี้เหมือนสามีของฉัน ฮ่าๆ พวกเขาเสนอชุดอาหารเช้าสำหรับเที่ยวบินเช้าตรู่ตามคำขอ โดยมีแซนวิชขนมปังหยาบ ชีส และแฮม 1 ชิ้น ลูกแพร์ 1 ลูก และน้ำส้ม 1 กล่อง อย่าลืมดื่มน้ำส้มก่อนผ่านจุดตรวจรักษาความปลอดภัย มิฉะนั้นพวกเขาจะช่วยคุณทิ้งมันไป! ;)

แผนกต้อนรับเป็นมิตรมาก ความสะอาดของห้องพักอยู่ในระดับเหนือค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนที่ดีที่สุดคือวิวจากห้องของฉัน อาหารเช้าดีมาก โดยเฉพาะกาแฟ 👍🏻 มีรถรับส่งตรงไปยังสนามบิน แต่ขอแนะนำให้จองแท็กซี่หากมีผู้โดยสารมากกว่า 2 คน โดยรวมแล้วอยู่ในระดับเหนือค่าเฉลี่ยและแนะนำ 👍🏻

ฉันรู้สึกโชคดีทุกวันเมื่อเปิดม่านภูเขาที่ปกคลุมไปด้วยหิมะนั้นสวยงามมาก อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีมากมายและมีให้เลือกมากมาย ขนมปังโฮมเมด อร่อยมาก มีกระจกสูงจากพื้นจรดเพดานให้บริการด้วย จะพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน (พร้อมรูปภาพ) ตัวบ่งชี้อุณหภูมิในล็อบบี้และลิฟต์ของโรงแรมนั้นรอบคอบจริงๆ👍🏻 หากมีช่องว่างที่ต้องปรับปรุงฉันหวังว่าพนักงานทำความสะอาดจะเอาใจใส่มากขึ้น โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่ดี 😍🙌🏻

สภาพแวดล้อม: ข้างท่าเรือวิวสวยมาก มองเห็นภูเขาที่ปกคลุมไปด้วยหิมะ โดยเฉพาะบริเวณทานอาหาร ทิวทัศน์ก็สวยงามมาก นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถนั่ง Airport Express ได้อีกด้วย โดยตรงที่ประตู สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก: พูดตามตรง ดูเหมือนว่ามันจะไม่มีเครื่องทำความร้อน แต่ห้องน้ำมีระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้น กาต้มน้ำ และอาหารเช้าที่หลากหลาย

did not enjoy the stay here. it's shown on Google maps as a top-rated 4-star hotel and for the price, we were expecting much more. our overall experience is best summed up by saying that the stay was similar to that of a 3-star hotel in the better end, but not worth its price. we ended up wishing we had tried clarion hotel (our alternative with the same number of stars). firstly, the staff were not friendly or helpful at the reception. we arrived in tromso a few days before our check-in (as we were going on a cruise first), and after confirming our hotel reservation with the reception, we asked if we could leave the luggage for a few hours before our cruise started. the lady serving us just pointed to the baggage area and said it was full and did not offer to help or even suggest any alternatives. from that interaction alone, we already felt that this hotel would not live up to our expectations based on its price and Google reviews when we finally checked in, the reception staff was once again neither friendly nor helpful, although she was more polite than our previous encounter. our room was clean, but small and we struggled to open both our luggages. the tv is old and the picture is poor with no apps such as netflix/disney+/etc., and no option to cast from our computer / mobile device. breakfast was included and was quite decent. but otherwise, everything else was just fair despite being priced at a 4-star hotel range, and hence our impression is that this should have been given a 3-star hotel rating and price

Good location, easy to walk around. We enjoyed staying here.

We got the most premium room and the views were amazing, but to be honest, it’s not worth the money you pay and it’s clearly not a 4*. The didn’t do the room one day: ZERO CLEANING SERVICES. I had to go and complain and they told me they couldn’t do anything so they gave me two vouchers of 15€ each to have a drink at the bar ... that’s all. If cleaning it’s important for you, specially with COVID, don’t consider this hotel. Also, masks were mandatory because of the COVID outbreak in Norway at the moment, and even their staff wasn’t using them. It’s ridiculous. Zero safety measures.

入住的時候一定要跟前台提要求不然會被分到不好的房間。checkin體驗不太好。訂的帶風景的房間結果第一次分配的房間視野全部被遮擋看的還是內港。氣不過下去要求換房竟然碰到Wi-Fi斷了等了快兩個小時才換到新的房間。入住排隊人超多但是員工卻衹有一個。 房間一般比較舊了。早餐還不錯。 退房的時候多收了一遍房費還好查看了扣費短訊回去前台退款了。 還是推薦住麗笙和clarion吧。

非常安靜的一家酒店，拉開窗簾陽光塞滿整個房間，感覺特別好。窗外景色特別棒，整體算是歐洲的正常水平吧。

北歐的房間都比較小，這家佈局很合理並不顯擁擠，早餐不錯。前台服務很糟糕，特別是有個大臉盤的前台真是扣分，態度冷漠，退房時候居然問我收提前入住費用，令人吃驚。後來查看訂單又説不用了！我心想你是來吃shi的麼！

訂的風景房｜那扇窗外真的很漂亮，酒店下樓在海邊就能看見極光，早餐也很豐富. 就是酒店真的舊，房間很小，浴室也很小. 去入住可以自備所有用品，看風景還是很推薦. 這周圍這家酒店風景最好. 窗户對着北極大教堂.

位置好，狗拉雪橇的集合地點就在酒店門口，離公交站也不遠，打車去機場200克朗左右 早餐種類豐富，可以坐在窗邊欣賞風景 房間內能看到圖1的美景
