Arrived early and tired and the staff offered me an early check in as well as welcome tea. Very pleasant throughout my stay. Good facilities and breakfast quality. Some people might find the location unusual but overall a great experience. Would come back again.

Расположен отель в промышленной зоне - постоянно грохот молотов, болгарки, рёв машин. Завтрак был невкусный из пластмассы. В номере высокая влажность и невероятная слышимость. Метрдотель шикарен, сервис на уровне. Но всё остальное ужасно

位置鄰近大巴站，無論坐小巴到市中心，還是坐長途巴士到其他城市都非常方便。10至15分鐘，步程可抵達大型商場。 酒店有升降機，設施乾淨，房間有足夠空間放置兩個行李箱。經理Zafar非常親切並主動提供協助。 入住當日我們坐早機提早到達，他們亦盡量安排房間，並帶我們到餐廳先行休息。 美中不足是酒店位於整車場中央，在繁忙的交通樞紐中央，如果是自駕很可能會遇到堵塞，進出車場也要小心點。

一個非常好的酒店，非常熱心的員工，乾淨的房間，豐富的早餐，當你來到特布拉宗一定要入住這一家酒店，一定不會後悔。

The staff is very good . The room was clean. The hotel is near the city center but its very noisy (industrial area)

The owner of the hotel was very accommodating, friendly, and straightforward. When I needed help with the trip it was done, the taxi service was wonderful, and the staff was knowledgable about the site seeing places to visit. Overall, I was grateful, and met many great travelers from all over the world. :)

bathroom molded in some areas and in an industrial area, too junky area. We stayed only one night couldn't shower and left next morning and lost our 2 other nights charges. I'm hoping that our trip protector will refund the money.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are not cleaned every day. We had to complain after 2 days of not cleaning, no toiletpaper. We were 2 people in the room but only one cup was provided for coffee/tea. We stayed there for 4 days and for 4 days we coulden't get them to fix the fridge and we needed one for my sister's insulin. It was never fixed. There was mold in the shower and around the wash basin. In general, the people are very freindly and the breafast are good. This hotel is not for people who has a problem with smoking. The hotel doesn't have an airport shuttel as advertised.

Upon first glance of this hotel which is located in among various car repair shops, I was a bit skeptical. However, it is close to the otogar, airport and Meydan (city centre). The hotel is very basic, but rooms are spacious and clean. Once you get used to the location, it is actually very good value for money and close to the mini buses to take to the main centre in about 10 minutes. The breakfast is good and well supplied with a variety of meals cooked by women each morning. I would stay here again when visiting Trabzon.
