We came to this hotel after a long flight tired with two kids. Little one needed milk and the other one wanted iced water. This was at 10pm and the receptionist was really kind. The rooms were super clean. Bathroom was spacious. We stayed two nights. It was really close to Gardaland 15 to 20 min. The breakfast was good too. There was bit of everything. Freshly made crepes were loved by kids. The manager of the hotel was really friendly and helpful. There is a water park in front of the hotel that looked really nice but we didn’t had time to go. There is nothing bad to say about this place but to say excellent.

The fabric of the hotel is very good. Clean and fresh and so it should be as I believe it has recently been refurbished. If you want a hotel where there is daytime/night time entertainment this is not for you. It is generally a quiet relaxing hotel. Children are allowed but they will have to provide their own entertainment. There are three pools, one in the spa, one adults only and one that children can use. The pool bar was not in operation while we were there. The hotel is a 50 min walk from the town of Lazise on reasonable paths that are shared with cyclists. But you take your life in your own hands as the cyclists and scooter riders just fly past with no warning. A taxi into town costs 15-20 euro. There is no shuttle bus at the hotel even though it indicates there is on the trip advisor hotel listing. And to the reviewer who says it is a 5 min walk to the lake..you are wrong. I would say it is at least 15 mins and that includes a shortcut through a vineyard and a campsite. The rooms are a decent size. Storage for clothes could be improved with more drawer/shelf space. There is a fridge (no mini bar) which on arrival has two bottles of water in. It seems pot luck as to whether the water is replenished. A good size TV but maybe only 3 English channels (news). The bedside lamps are quite dim...not enough light to read by. All rooms have a balcony or terrace for ground floor. There was no milk to make hot drinks. We purchased some from the local supermarket. Breakfast is more or less typical for a holiday hotel. Fresh fruit..well melon and pineapple, yogurts. Continental style with meats and cheeses plus a pastry section. Don't expect a full English here.... there is bacon, fried egg and sausage but that is all. The food was a decent quality. There is a gripe I do have in that when the bread ran out we were tod it was finished and no more would be coming out.....this wasn't at the end of the breakfast sitting but with still 45 mins to go. NOT ACCEPTABLE. One thing that we observed was a family who loaded up breakfast food of all description including fresh fruit, as well as taking water bottles from the display and then blatantly took it back to their rooms. They took plates piled high and filled bags. It wasn't as if they were having breakfast in their rooms as they were eating breakfast in the dining room. They were clearly taking food to eat later in the day! The staff knew but did nothing. Maybe that is why they ran out of bread. We only dined in the evening twice. The menu is not extensive .....in fact there were only two choices of main meal. Other course were labelled starter, first course, second course, so maybe you are supposed to have one of each course because the size of the main dish is not huge. If you have a decent appetite you will need more than one course. The main problem with this hotel is the lack of staff. There was not enough waiting staff at all so tables were delayed in getting cleared and more importantly food

My wife and I have just enjoyed an amzing week at this lovely hotel. Set right by Lake Garda with gorgeous uninterrupted views from almost every room the location is perfect. A few minutes walk into the centre of Salo along a purpose built lakeside path and you are at the ferry station. The town has all the amenities you could hope for on a holiday with lots of shops, cafe’s and comfortable spots to sit and watch the world go by. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Salo Du Parc for a week to include breakfast and evening meal. Both provided an excellent array of food. Full English and loads of continental options for breakfast and a 4 course menu every night for evening dinner. I have to say I’ve stayed at many hotels with these options but the food here is top class. No repeats on the dinner, everything beautifully cooked and presented and delivered by a fantastic crew who work tirelessly to look after their guests. Our room (410) at the furthest corner was kept spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily.

A wonderful experience! Beautiful, elegant hotel, impeccably clean beautiful room (Quadruple, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids), breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and finally a REAL cappuccino for breakfast, none of that UHT horrible milk!! The Spa was just perfect!! I only gave 4/5 because unfortunately we didn't get to eat in the restaurant but I am sure the food is wonderful! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Only 30mins from Bergamo airport but yet you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere with such peaceful surroundings!! Well worth it, we will be back!!

เมื่อมาถึงเราถูกนําพาไปที่ห้องซึ่งเหม็นกลิ่นเหม็นของเครื่องทําความสับสน ผมเริ่มหาแหล่งที่มาและในไม่ช้าก็พบว่าผนังทั้งหมดเป็นฝ้ายบางชิ้นใหญ่ที่สุดปูด้วยเฟอร์นิเจอร์หรือเตียง เราตกใจและได้แจ้งพนักงานต้อนรับเพื่อเปลี่ยนห้องให้เราทันทีเนื่องจากสภาพแบบนี้อันตรายต่อสุขภาพสุดๆ แม้คนที่ไม่แพ้เครื่องแป้ง (คู่ค้าผมเป็น) เราไม่อยากจะเชื่อว่าโรงแรม 4 ดาว หรือโรงแรมไหนจะมีห้องพักแบบนั้นและแสดงให้แขกดู ห้องพักเหล่านี้ควรจะฉีก/รีโนเวทให้หมด โชคดีที่เราได้ห้องที่อื่นสถานการณ์ที่นั่นดีกว่านี้ ยังไงก็ตาม ยังไม่เป็นประสบการณ์โรงแรม 4 ดาว : โรงแรมและห้องพักมีกลิ่นเหม็นมากจริงๆ ( คงเป็นระบบระบายน้ําเก่าและเฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า) ประตูห้องน้ําก็ปิดไม่สนิท ( คงเปิดเอง โรแมนติกจริงๆ ) การจะเข้านอนจะต้องปีนบันไดไม้ซึ่งเสียงดังและเสียงดังซึ่งไม่เวิร์คสําหรับการเข้าชมห้องน้ําในตอนกลางคืน พื้นห้องก็ต่ํามากทําให้ไม่สามารถเดินตรงขึ้นในห้องนอนได้ หน้าต่างหลังคามี ”ม่าน” เสีย เลยปิดตลอด จึงมืดตลอด ไม่มีมุ้งลวดจากแมลงที่หน้าต่างเลย จะมียุงบ้างในห้องหรือแมลงอื่นๆ อยู่ตลอด ก็ไม่ได้เงียบสงบอย่างที่คิดไว้, เนื่องจากโรงแรมอยู่ติดถนนที่วุ่นวายดังนั้นคุณจะต้องใช้ปลั๊กหูเพื่อนอนกับหน้าต่างที่เปิดเปิดตอนกลางคืน อาหารเช้า : ดีสําหรับคนที่ทานอาหารเช้าหวาน ไม่ค่อยดีสําหรับคนที่ทานอาหารเช้าแบบ continental เพราะแทบไม่มีตัวเลือก พวกคุณมีเบคอน, ไข่คนจืด, ไข่ต้มน้ําและมะเขือเทศ, ผักกาด, แตงกวา, แฮม บางส่วน น่าจะพอใจถ้าไข่ทําไว้อย่างถูกต้องแต่มันถูกปรุงไม่เสร็จ/แทบจะดิบตลอด, เลย เพราะไม่อยากป่วย เลือกไม่กินที่นั่นและรอดชีวิตบนกระต่าย พนักงานก็น่ารักและเป็นกันเอง วิวจากหน้าต่างสวยสุดๆ แต่นั่นไม่ได้ชดเชยสําหรับสภาพสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกที่แย่ โดยรวมๆ
