I had to call to request them, and then go pick them up myself, only to be given just one. - Dirty room (hair everywhere, and the floor was covered in sand). - Makeshift sheets (they used three single sheets on a double bed). - Electrical outlet with exposed wires. My fiancée got an electric shock, and when we reported it to the front desk, absolutely nothing was done about it. - A cockroach in the room at night. In summary, everything was terrible. Absolutely awful."
