Guest access
The listing include upper level 4 bedroom suit. If you need the entire house please book 1 bedroom basement apartment as well
Other things to note
According to our policy all guests must provide information, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can't guarantee a refund.
â Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $20 per night per pet.
â We offer travel cribs (for babies 0-18months) and bed rails. 10$ per one item per night. Please book in advance.
All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
