非常愉快的一次旅行！剛進入假期副本，我的NPC管家已在停車場等候多時，手裡拿着提前辦好的門票。 本來訂的二樓房間，到店後看到有長者同行，前台立馬給免費升級成了一樓帶院子的房間，各項服務都非常貼心！ 環境鬧中取靜，出門即是西柵各網紅打卡地，吃喝玩樂十分方便；酒店設施齊全細節到位，衞生程度無可挑剔！晚上還為我們準備了中葯養生泡腳桶和熱水，服務可謂面面俱到。 重點是早餐，明明説好的瘦身養生套餐，卻給我們上了這麼一大桌精緻又美味的食物，吃不完根本吃不完！ 特別感謝我的管家範家輝，人帥心善笑容燦爛，下次一定會再來！

Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Booked for a night to celebrate an anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to upgrade us to a gorgeous huge unit. The personal butler Xiaochen made contact via wechat two days before my arrival and sorted everything for us - restaurant recommendations and reservations, and tours and boat trips and driving instructions and maps - and answered all my questions. During our stay, she and hotel manager Kevin were very attentive and most thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. I particularly enjoyed their herbal sachet making activity. The evening turndown included a herbal foot bath which was very much appreciated after a long day of walking. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. Will return.

I don’t usually write reviews - but this stay definitely deserves it. Amazing hotel, special surprises and great treatment in an amazing setting. Highlights were the amazing room, the kind help with transport beautiful breakfast by the lake!

Our stay here was a wonderful experience from the start till the end. The service rendered was par excellent.The staff met us when we arrived at the entrance to the Old town. They took our baggage while we travelled to the hotel on a river boat.   Couldn’t have asked for more. Location was good , in the heart of the west xicha st. Close to all the sights. Breakfast was excellent, especially the soups. All the staff were  very helpful. Upon check out, They took us right out to get our car service to our next destination. 6 star hotel plus service !
