It’s a lovely hotel and is within walking distance to f about 10 minutes walk to WuZhen GuCheng West Gate, the very reason I selected this hotel. As we only stayed one night, can’t really comment on the service standard however, there’s a lacking of warmth felt when communicating with the front desk staff, comparing to the other 3 hotels stayed during this trip.
