I booked a rom thinking it was for me and a second person was free/ one cost only to be told that I paid for two people at the hotel.
Can you refund the second person cost?

The breakfast is poor. We planned and did buy tickets for every morning, but soon we cancelled after we tried once. There is a big space for improvement.
Secondly, there is no ”shower cap” provided, a pity for facilities.
The staff's English capability needs to be improved.
Otherwise, it was a very nice experience in staying at Daiwa Roynet Hotel, and we certainly will choose here next time when we visit Tokushima again.

The Hotel is right on top of Japan Railway Tokushima Station and one minute walk from the main bus terminal in Tokushima, too. Very convenient not only to explore the city of Tokushima, but also to explore Tokushima's rich nature and culture, still hidden gem in Japan. Hotel was built about 30 years ago but it is well maintained and rooms are spacious compared with more recent ones. Hotel staffs are very courteous. It forms a part of the station building where you can find many restaurants with Japanese and local flavors as well as souvenir shops.
