The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and professional. Hope to visit the place again!

Hotel ambiance is good and rooms are really comfortable and food is good but in my trip the hotel roads are full under-construction but it's okay to goo. Parking areas

They didn't advise about the cab not able to reach hotel. Even tho' they sent porters, had to walk on broken road about half km in the hot weather. During checkout, no bellboys to carry luggage, i had to carry myself. Management advised me, we should bear some difficulties for nation's development. Overall very bad experience, because the events reflect the attitude of mgmnt.

Breakfast time starts at 8.00 AM only, rest of everything is good ….good service.. good wifi….flexible time

Room is good, service is poor, hotel wont even give a shaving rasor, breakfast is also not good

Stay was average. Tap in the bathroom were not working properly. Bath towels not given. Food is ok. Because of the window problem room shifted and it take more time. I can give all over 2. 5 points out of 5.

Hotel staff behaviour is not good, water bottle & toiletries kits after asking they are not given, curtain & window blind full damage & not working,

Location remote, room service is very bad. Very expensive for that location. They won't even giving tooth paste, brush. Not serving water too. It's bar. Not safe for family too

Its a pleasant stay and the staffs are very polite i really enjoyed the stay.

I had a very good time staying here. The room was spacious as well as well cleaned and hygienic. There was complimentary mineral water, soap and shampoo. The bathroom was spacious as well as well cleaned. There was no negatives regarding the room. Overall it was a wonderful experience for me

Can’t sleep well glass bottle sounds from bar side noice and not well room cleanings not provided bath towels each person staying in.

Stay was good and the hospitality was also excellent but i didn’t receive 20% discounts on my first booking

One of the best hotels that i have stayed in recent time. It has got all the required facilities including a bar and door to door service. The food was good but i did not try the breakfast. Worth for the price and at a good location. Must stay if in trivandrum!
