I stayed here twice, once three years ago and here with family. The staff, the cleanliness, the security, everyone just matches the one star review of this hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is terrible. The area around the poolside restaurant is filled with dirt, trash and leftover. The security is unsuitable to be trusted with anyone, especially kids. My little 5-year old kid went to the stair beside the pool and accidentally placed a slide. Around 10:30-11:00 AM September 3rd, the security staff beside the bar near the pool The security rushed to the place and said no slides can be placed. As I was telling the kid to put it away, he came beside, and grabbed the shoe from the kid’s hand, thus frightening the kid away. I got in between and took my kid’s hand and pulled him away from the guard. Those security who cared a kid’s slide did not dare to make middle aged men with beer cans, food, cigarettes inside and beside the pool go away. How pathetic. I told these to the information manager, Nyein Ma Ma kyaw who said she would help these issues solved as soon as the authorized person arrived back from vacation. I hope she would do the same as her words. Overall, the place is for people who haven’t been to any hotels.
