Hotel is good for business travellers, easy and approachable locations nearby, well connected by all means of transports.

1. Very old towels 2. Lot of smell in the room 3. Not proper water system in the washroom 4. Door was not closing properly

Recommended hotel to stay.

The room was cleaned, but I booked twin bed and when I arrived it was double, it was disappointed but the next day the hotel has changed as my original booking

Only toiletries not refilled during my trip. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet to be improved for western choice.

Ibis was really warm and welcoming from the beginning. We came early so they gave us an early check-in and today we are checking out late at no extra cost. The hotels are like the international branches I have been to and they are truly best in class and clean. Must-try: Their breakfast buffet.

The rooms were not very clean , the hallway has a weird smell. Also some of the workers weren’t very friendly and helpful. Also they didn’t offer to carry our luggage. We had to carry on our own. They said it’s self service . Also card gets deactivated most of the time so had to go to the reception to get it activated.

I booked a package including dinner buffet, food were tasty .

We stayed at ibis Navi Mumbai from 27th to 29th June 2025 for a short family break, and it turned out to be a wonderful staycation. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food quality was impressive, and the gym facilities were good. My 5-year-old daughter had a great time, and we enjoyed every moment as a family. I’d like to thank Arbaaz and Mihir at the front desk for making our check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. As an Accor Platinum member, I was happy to receive complimentary breakfast for two days — a thoughtful benefit that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to Chef Santosh for preparing handmade cookies for my daughter — it was a sweet gesture she truly appreciated. Our dining experience at the Spice It restaurant was also excellent. Kunal was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our meals, ensuring everything was taken care of. The overall service and hospitality were top-notch. We’re grateful for the warm experience and look forward to returning soon.

This is my follow-up review of the hotel after I had issues getting in touch with the hotel before my 9 night's stay. Let me start with the Pros: · The staff is friendly and courteous while providing professional service. The front desk was fully staffed even at 2:30am when I was leaving on the last day. · The color scheme of the hotel is vibrant and welcoming. It has a modern contemporary touch to its décor appealing to the younger generation. · Breakfast buffet is simple mostly south and north Indian fare, no Danishes and not too many cold cuts but enough. I just loved their coffee and tea. The lunch Thali is very inviting/innovative and worth a try, especially if you don’t have a big appetite like me · I found the chefs were very accommodating and were ready to go out of their way to cook something you’d like but wasn’t on the menu. Special thanks to Chef Santosh and the onsite egg station cook. · The front staff were very helpful in booking taxis (Ola/Rapido) for me. A shout out to Komal and Tanaya · The waiter that stood out was Rafique, who even gave a Wow! Moment by serving a ‘Thank You’ dessert on my last stay. The Cons include: · Being in an industrial area, mosquitoes in the common area are a problem. The staff try to mitigate the problem, but I feel they fall a wee bit short, especially in the dining area. · The housekeeping staff also can be a little more observant. Sharan was awesome and took care of issues that were pointed out to him. The housekeeping manager, too, went out of her way to ensure the rest of my stay was comfortable. To sum up, I would definitely consider staying here again & recommend to others. Thanks for reading.
