I loved the hotel from the moment we arrived. The staff is eager to please and ever so helpful. You were never another when you had a question and they were so happy to assist you in whatever way they possibly could. Our room was well appointed and I loved that there was a water closet and it was separate from the shower. So someone could be showering, someone could be using the water closet and one person could be at the mirror getting ready, There were only two of us in the room but there would have been plenty of space for 3 people to be getting ready in our room at the same time. The snacks stations in the hallway on each floor were a nice touch. We had used Valley parking upon the day of our arrival and after that we were easily able to find street parking around the back, on the street by where the entrance to the garage and valet parking was located. So we were not inconvenienced at all. This is a very welcoming and refreshing place to stay while in Jackson Hole. I would definitely stay there again when in the area.
We messed up our reservations with Marriott. We had no place to go and looked up on Trip advisor to see if there was any place available. We called The Inn and the sweetest girl told us they had a room and we could definitely stay for 3 nights. We got there in 5 min and she greeted us with a warm smile and a wonderfully comfortable room. We will be back. The staff is so friendly and helpful. There is also a free shuttle into the Main Street area.
I enjoyed my stay- bed was comfy, bathrooms were clean, staff were friendly. Only thing that could've been better is the parking situation- I had to park about a 7-10 minute walk away because the lot across the street doesn't allow overnight parking. Otherwise a great stay and a great price! The common areas were well cared for and staff were very helpful!
Our kids were so, so excited to stay here!! We have been reading the Little House series so it was a great time! The location is good, between Yellowstone and Grand Teton, and it's great that they offer horseback riding and float tours as well. We did not try the restaurant, and we didn't do a horseback tour or float 😜 we have kids 1.5-7 so a little difficult, but we got to do pony rides, which the kids loved! However they were unclear on their pricing and told us $10/kid for 15 min, and then when we got there said it was $20 per kid, which was a pretty big difference. And THEN they wanted us to tip the horse guides. They were great, so we did, but they should be more clear 😬 Also, when we were doing the booking, it was unclear if they had blankets in the wagons. They do provide blankets and sheets. You make up your own beds. The heater worked pretty well and no one was cold! The bathrooms could use help. We didn't even try showering. But we didn't expect 5 star bathrooms anyway 🤷
