"โรงแรมนี้มีเสียงที่น่ากลัว ห้องพักดีมาก เตียงดีมาก พวกเขาให้บริการอาหารเช้า พนักงานสุภาพมาก ห้องพักสะอาดมาก น้ําร้อนมาก... ร้อนเกินไป แต่ระดับเสียงไม่จริง เสียงสะท้อนผ่านห้องโถง มีสระว่ายน้ําที่ชั้น 4 ทําให้มีเสียงดังมาก มีรางรถไฟอยู่ใกล้ๆ รู้สึกว่าส่วนใหญ่โรงแรมมีการจัดการที่ดี แต่เสียงรบกวนและรําคาญมาก "

"The hotel advertised a room at a good price. It presents pictures of large rooms with spacious accommodations. We paid in advance through a booking service. When we got there they gave us an extremely small room, nothing like the pictures. It was clean and we did get breakfast and secure parking, but the advertising is deceptive. They show a large well equipped room and offer a price. When you agree to those terms they switch you to a very small room. It is so small. There is less than three feet to walk and put luggage on two sides of the bed. You can barely close the door to bathroom when on toilet. There is no screen on the window so you cant keep it open due to mosquitos. Pretty crazy. I asked why the room is so small and they said because of the price I paid. What?? I paid exactly what I agreed to based on the offer, but they didnt deliver what they advertised. Deceptive. On a good note, the staff was polite, parking was secure, and breakfast was included. I enjoyed the rooftop garden. I dont like to give reviews like this but these are the facts."
