In honor of my wife's birthday, I decided to go on a romantic vacation in Tel Aviv. I heard about the Ink hotel from a friend and decided to go for it. Booking the night was very smooth, but I felt the need to talk on the phone with someone to get more information. On the phone I talked to Dean. After two sentences, I realized that ”I found a friend” whom her pleasantness and professionalism will do as much as possible to please our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by Inbal, the hotel manager, who was amazing to us and gave us the feeling that we are in the right place. The room was cozy and well designed. We dined at the hotel's Restaurant; The atmosphere there is great, we felt as if we were in New York, in my opinion this is the best Asian restaurant in Tel Aviv or in Israel.
ผผู้เข้าพักGreat location in short walking distance from Jaffa Old City and Port. We got a very friendly welcome at arrival and this set the tone for our stay which was very pleasant and comfortable. Spacious room and bathroom with good facilities including fast wifi. Plentiful breakfast buffet on the top floor with seating indoor and also outside on the roof top terrasse. Our only query is that smoking is allowed on the roof top terrasse, so we were exposed to a lot of passive smoking during breakfast.
Hey, yesterday we arrived at the Artist Hotel in Tel Aviv after a terrible experience at another hotel. We were met by a guy named Omer, who is simply an asset to the chain. He made us feel most comfortable and most welcome. The hotel is great, the breakfast is excellent and the cleanliness is on another level
ผผู้เข้าพักMy stay at this hotel was plagued with issues. When I arrived late at night to find there is no on-site parking, I was directed to park at the hospital across the street. Trying to exit their parking lot I somehow found myself strolling through a hospital unit with my luggage around midnight. Creepy and weird. Eventually made my way to the hotel. Check in was slow and annoying, where you were forced to use some finicky tablet that didn't quite work. Room was fine, shower had good water pressure. A/C didn't work for me first two nights, but was later fixed. This was a big issue for me that cost me a night's sleep. On Thursday there is a nearby night cliub that blasts music till at least 3am, costing me another sleepless night. Breakfast is decent, though not as good as it looks at first sight. Coffee is pretty terrible. Forgot some clothes in my room at check out, called hotel and asked about it, they said they would call back but never did. Only good thing is they let me exit my room a few days early, but even that was after many attempts and them changing their position several times.
Excellent location and service. The cleaning needs to be improved a bit. The breakfast is standard. I was there a few months ago and I didn't have a great experience. We received an additional night for free from the hotel. Tomer from the guest retention department was very helpful and kind, and the second time we were there was much more successful. We'll be back
