A truly wonderful stay! We stayed in the room with the terrace in the 3rd floor. Had a relaxing time having dinners in there (bought some veggies and takeaway). It is located right next to those infamous sulphur baths (highly recommended). Everything is within walking distance (botanical garden if you want to have a relaxing walk), and old buildings if you walk a bit further). The staff was also kind and helpful! Girls at the reception helped with literally every little question or issue we had. Went an extra mile which I truly appreciated!

Absolutely beautiful magical hotel that will help your mind instantly relax - the decor and aesthetic details are calming and give you that luxurious feeling of a well-deserved vacation! Hotel located in the ideal city centre location - made this hotel central to my beautiful time in Georgia. The cherry on the cake was the outstanding staff who went out of their way to help me feel welcome, so kind, courteous, and friendly - I enjoyed the very pleasant chats with them every day making the lobby feel like a lovely sitting room at the home of friends!! Special thanks to Dada under her management which all went so well....

We had a great stay for the 1 night that we were in Tbilisi. A cozy and small hotel, with a fairly great breakfast spread. They even provided packed breakfast when we had to depart early next morning for Mestia. The room was small and overlooked the adjoining street, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. The best part is the location of the hotel. It is close to a lot of sights, very walkable to the streets in the city centre. And lies in the heart of the hot springs area, so if taking a bath early in the day is on your list, then this place is well located.

The hotel is nice, everything is new (or looks like) and in a good condition. The bed is amazing, and I love the bathtub in our room. There are only two minuses, first is breakfast, it’s really miserable. And the second is permanent noisy Georgian musicians just under the windows, especially during the night, that’s kind of really annoying thing.

This hotel is a scam. Please avoid at all costs. I made reservations for a room with a buthtub, which is positioned to be luxury and being charged a primium for. I was charged $280 for two nights. Upon arrival I was told that ac is not functioning in that room(no prior communication whatsoever), so they placed me in a regular room (total cost for 2 nights according to ******* equals to about $160). Upon checkout they refused to give me $120 refund, explaining it with a fact that room they placed me in is not listed on exedia and cost more than regular one. So I was barely able to get $66 refund. If you don't want to get scammed, please stay elsewere.
Also, there is false advertising in regard to matress - it is not memory foam, just a regular matress.

The hotel is new and everything is clean, staff is very friendly and breakfast tasty. Location is perfect! Within walking distance are all tourists areas and only a few steps from the thermal baths. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Hotel is new with nice rooms, we had the room with terrace and view was amazing on the old city. All amenities were premium. Breakfast was delicious, also we had coffee machine in the room. Girls on reception are always ready to help. We”ll be back soon!

Отель после ремонта, фотографии на сайте не соответствуют действительности. Первый раз в этом отеле, я была в 2015 году. Приехав в августе 2021, отель не узнала. Сделан очень качественный и дорогостоящий ремонт. Вся сантехника фирмы Villeroy Boch, отличная мебель, отличного качества постельные принадлежности и подушки. Белоснежные, мягчайшие полотенца. Персонал отеля внимательный.на просьбы реагируют быстро. Но есть и небольшие недоработки, которые вроде бы отдых и не портят, но если их устранят, будет ещё лучше. В номерах отсутствуют сейф и фен.
