โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม สามารถเดินไปยังสถานที่ที่ดีที่สุดในทบิลิซีได้เกือบทั้งหมด พนักงานไม่ต้อนรับเลยตั้งแต่ฉันมาถึง มีบริการอาหารเช้าฟรี (8-10 น.) ชาและกาแฟ รวมถึงบริการซักรีดฟรี
ห้องพักสะอาดและฉันคิดว่ามันค่อนข้างเล็ก แม้ว่านั่นจะเป็นข้อเสียเล็กน้อย (ถ้าเลย) เนื่องจากคุณจะใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ข้างนอกอยู่ดี มันยังดีและอบอุ่นอยู่ข้างในในฤดูหนาวด้วย :) ผนังห้องค่อนข้างบาง ดังนั้นเสียงจากโถงทางเดินจึงค่อนข้างจะได้ยินซึ่งอาจรบกวนผู้อื่นได้ แต่จริงๆ แล้วก็ไม่ได้เอะอะโวยวายทั้งหมด

I don’t know who gave 5 stars to this hotel. When I walked in I was hit by a horrible stench from the bathroom that never went away.
According to their website description they have tv in a common room, robes for guests and a picturesque view. None of those are correct. They don’t even have a common room 😂. Entry picture to the hotel is also not real on website. It’s just a giant metal gates which is fine but why display something else?
Wifi never worked in my room. I had to seat outside, in the blazing heat in order to use wifi.
I also had breakfast for two but they only accommodated for 1 person. When I told them that I had payed for 2 person breakfast they told me you should have asked for it. But it already said so on my booked it. Anyway, they only good thing in that hotel are the ladies that work there. They are absolutely lovely and thank to them my stay was a bit tolerable.

房間很乾凈，我定的是單人間，一個人住完全沒問題。冬天屋裡還有暖氣，很暖和。定的房間裏有提供早餐，一定要嘗一下當地阿姨做的那個格魯吉亞李子醬，超級好吃。旅館是幾個小姐姐在管理，接待我的小姐姐英文超好，不會當地語言去的話也不會有問題。

My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location and close to sightseeing spots. There was a great breakfast every day , and any request i had was never an issue. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The young ladies who seem to run operations are kind and helpful. The home cooked breakfast was excellent--fresh potato pancakes the day I ate there, along with other things. Centrally located to all attractions, beautiful balcony to relax on.

We really enjoyed our one-week-stay, the staff were helpful and always available, great location near liberty square although some of the streets around where quite rough. And a cute cat family living on the terrace! The main thing we were not happy about was that we payed extra for a room with a mountain view, but there weren't any due to a new large concrete building covering it. Choosing a more expensive room with a view shouldn't be an option if there is none.

... perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. Access to all the attractions is easy, only a short walk away. The room and facilities are top-notch. Service was fantastic as were the staff, who were helpful and knowledgable about the things to see and do in Tbilisi.

Ana, Nino and other staff were extremely kind and helpful. Their help made our stay in Tbilisi so much easier and enjoyable. The location of the hotel, close to old city and many restaurants , was an added attraction.

Not too far from any major locations in Tbilisi. Excellent service and breakfast. One of the best things about this hotel is that you can leave the room and just spend quality time on the patio, very immersive and relaxing.
