Absolutely horrific service. Here for business so I impressed on them that I needed a quiet room. The first room they gave me was across from an elevator. I immediately asked for a different room. The second they gave me was one away from housekeeping so the doors banged all night. I stayed in that room because they insisted they had no others which is a lie because part of our team was delayed and missed the first night which we had already paid for. When I asked that they move me after the first night there was attitude. They would not deal with me directly since my company booked 70 rooms here. Our event planner said they were awful to her. They eventually, after much yelling, agreed to moved me but in retaliation they turned in my tv remotely in the middle of the night. I know they can turn on TVs remotely because when I was switching rooms yesterday at noon they turned on the tv remotely to “welcome” me. So two nights with no sleep before important work meetings. The front desk was less than sympathetic when I called. Probably because that was their intent for me making an issue of needing a quiet room. Too bad because our last trip here was amazing but immature and unprofessional staff can ruin even the nicest location.
