A bit old , otherwise all good , actually , the staff can turn on the AC 1 hour before guest check in , so the room won’t smell weird at the beginning .

Located 5 min by foot from ferry terminal. Single room is a little small but clean. AC and shower are good.

Semporna Seaview Hotel started operation in 2022, consider quick a new hotel, overall the room condition looked a bit old and the cleanliness is acceptable, location was very near to seafoods restaurant, some tour pick up points. It is next to boat parking area, who's are sensitive to noise, please do not choose to stay at this hotel, because you will wake up by boat motor in the early morning.

The room are clean nice view at night and near with shop. Will book again soon
