Great breakfast, but the staff’s internal communication was poor. I called ahead to secure and keep a king size bedroom, yet when my train arrived late at night the room was gone,sad!

Hotel is in the heart of Tashkent where you can access to the Central Park in front of the hotel. Overall is satisfied but could be better if the hotel would have a pool. Reception staff at check in looks so confused in finding our booking

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday inn. I initially booked just one night before we departed to our Uzbekistan trip and wanted to stay another night in a different hotel on return to capital but later changed my booking to holiday inn again for another night as we were satisfied with the service and location. So many dining options you could stay for a week and not finish trying new restaurants. The rooms were quite standard as in most Holiday inns but the service from the staff and the location made this experience really great. Oh and breakfast is very rich as well. Lots of both savory and sweet options!

Enjoyed our 2 night stay, the staff were very friendly from the start, the room and hotel was modern and clean and in a nice location just next to Tashkent city park, the included breakfast was really nice too and also offered us one to go when we checked out early which was nice, would definitely stay here again highly recommend!

Hello, I booked the hotel with the breakfast and it’s supposed the children under 17 years old should be free but when I arrived to the hotel, I surprised that children above 6 years old have to pay half price. But all over the review the hotel clean and in best location in Tashkent. Thank you Trip.com.

Great hotel! Very helpful staff and fantastic breakfast. Great location and overall I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tashkent. The only slight downside is that sometimes the housekeeping team which cleans the rooms is quite loud - talking loudly, laughing and slamming door. If you arrive on a night flight and would like to have a longer sleep that might be not great. I wish the housekeeping team would have been a bit more respectful to sleeping guests in the rooms on the same floor.

Very clean. Location is great in the Tashkent city besides the park and shopping mall. Service is very good and very friendly. Breakfast is great and gym very new an clean.

Was ok for price it is high nothing special,the park water fountain and water show is too much noise. At end she ask us for extra money tourist tax lol .
