"Thank you to all of the team at the Chateau de Fiac. We have thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay of 3 nights at the end of August 2025. Our room was light, airy and peaceful with views onto the beautiful grounds and mature trees within the chateau's park. We found the sauna, steam room and outside pool to be excellent, with plenty of space for swimming lengths in the outdoor pool. The restaurant provided us with memorable meals and were able to accommodate our special request too. We have left with some lovely memories of our stay at this perfectly peaceful hotel. "

Geoffrey and Janice are wonderful hosts with interesting insights into the whole area. It’s an ideal base to explore Albi, Carcassonne, Lautrec and many other sights via the easy roads. Every aspect exuded quality and we hope to return here again."

"I have never stayed at a hotel that had a more beautiful, peaceful setting than this one, with lawns sloping down to the river Tarn and large trees cradling the vista. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a sliding door and balcony overlooking the lawns and river. I got a kick out of the artsy twisted-metal light fixture in the corner. (Two very minor quibbles: the door to the toilet didn't shut completely, and the sliding door to the balcony had no curtain, only a metal shutter.) The dining room and other public spaces were also simple, lovely, and focused on the gorgeous grounds. Didn't want to leave!"

"All in all I had a good stay. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The bathroom wasnt propely cleaned but they cleaned it after my complain. One has to take into account the reception has limited working hours - you have to tell arrival time in advance."

"My wife and I booked this hotel on the way home from a road trip to the Côte D’Azur. We are regular clients of the Logis de France chain and have experienced good, bad and quirky Logis hotels. This is a very good one. Modern, clean and comfortable with friendly staff and a restaurant which serves good quality food at reasonable prices and we would definitely use it again. It is situated directly opposite the entrance to the train station where there is free parking and it is a 10-15 minute walk into the old town and its attractions."
