"Extremely dissatisfied. The bed and cabinets are old and worn. The bed creaks even when you turn over. There are also many ants on the bed and walls. What's even more infuriating is that breakfast was promised to be free before booking, but after we finished eating, we were forced to pay 90 pesos. Negotiations with Ctrip and the hotel have yielded no results. They keep making excuses, saying they'll contact the hotel and there's a language barrier. I'm very angry, and after dealing with this, I've decided to uninstall the Ctrip app."
