Good view, good location, good service! We meet their staff Noemi at front desk, she is very nice and helpful! Very good experience! Will definitely come back again!

酒店前台Neomi非常友好，整個酒店其實分為兩個部分，在山上的Timeo和海邊的San‘Andrew。兩個酒店之間每半小時有免費穿梭巴士可以坐，其實很方便。Timeo的風景絕佳，服務更是堪稱一流，入住有歡迎水果點心，晚上睡前會放一杯晚安茶飲。由於到的比較早，前台貼心的安排在Bar喝點飲料，退房因為去沙灘玩而忘記了時間，直到下午三點才退房，在90%入住率的情況下完全沒有人催促！晚餐選擇了去海邊的餐廳欣賞落日，每一道菜都很好吃。實在非常滿意此次入住。

分享我在Taormina sicilia 的 Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo 的經歷和情況。這家酒店由兩棟獨立的建築組成：主樓 Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo 和毗鄰的 Villa Flora。儘管這兩棟樓屬於同一物業，但它們提供不同的住宿條件。Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo 提供更豪華的客房和套房，通常可以欣賞到愛奧尼亞海和埃特納火山的壯麗景色。相比之下，Villa Flora 位於主樓出門後大概走2分鐘，提供的住宿條件沒有同等的設施或景觀。 Villa Flora 有不同的入口、地址，並由（希臘劇場）隔開。與主樓不同，Villa Flora 沒有自己的酒吧或餐廳。要享受如餐飲或酒吧等服務，住在 Villa Flora 的客人需要步行到主樓。這意味著要離開 Villa Flora，穿過希臘劇院附近繁忙的街道，並在人羣中穿行以到達主樓，雖然僅僅是2分鐘，但是想像許多的空間跟時間一大早下來吃早餐，晚上睡覺前想下樓喝酒，或者是換上泳衣想去游泳池，都不是很方便。對我來説，Villa Flora 絕對是另一家酒店，不應該與 Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo 共享同一個名字。朋友説如果他的房價跟Ritz paris的幾乎是同等價位的話就不應該將就。

房間很不錯，大的有點空曠，但是kingsize bed還是兩個床墊拼在一起的，我不喜歡這個，酒店bar位置非常棒，景色優美，酒調的也好。總體服務很熱情，但是reception有一位工作人員讓我感到不舒服，當我想定shuttle bus的時候，他反覆強調此項服務僅針對住店客人，而我明明已經和他説了我住在酒店，我不確定他的反覆強調是base on我是亞洲人還是base on我穿的很草率，總之讓我感到不適。希望加強員工培訓。

I went here for drinks on the terrace since the line to the theater was too long. Service was impeccable. Classy! We had Italian gin drinks which are nicely distilled gin. Tasty. Prices are high but in my opinion worth the service and view. Also, away from the crowds. Keep up the great service Belmomd, I'll be staying at your hotels soon.

The location is spectacular! Adjacent the Greek amphitheatre, with stunning views of the harbor, town and Etna. Staff and service were impeccable throughout. Food was outstanding! They served little snack 'surprises' each evening when we stopped for our pre-dinner cocktails. Room service was excellent. The onsite Michelin star Otto Geleg deserves all the accolades. Incredible concierge support - for excursions, transportation, dining recommendations. Honestly this is a stellar property.

We had an unforgettable time at Timeo. I will cherish the time we spent there. Their staff has been impeccably trained. They are all friendly and helpful, ready to help us at any time. Congratulations on that, because people make all the difference. And happy people serve and make guests happy. The place is a dream, with everything in excellent taste and balance. An elegant place, but at the same time welcoming (the staff really help with the integration of guests). A charming view, a unique service, comfortable rooms, and well-selected amenities. In other words, an impeccable option for high-end hotel care and dedication to people. I would particularly like to remember the dinner we had at one of their restaurants, where the silence, the wine and the dishes created the magic needed to create an unforgettable moment. And behind the scenes we certainly have a team of dedicated people to make this happen for the guests. Congratulations!! It has been a long time since I have had so much inspiration to praise a service as I do now. Well deserved, letter by letter of this message.

This was our first time in Sicily. We loved the property and the experience of Taormina. Also, we booked a private Godfather tour which was really fun.

Fantastic views, incredible beds, wonderful food. Very attentive staff that are not intrusive. Gardens surround the property make it quiet and tranquil in the midst of shopping streets with many excellent restaurants around. Just leave the driving to professionals on these narrow streets.

Excellent accommodations and gracious and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to be pampered!

What a hotel! The service and staff were simply incredible. Probably the best we've ever experienced. The location is amazing and the views of Etna incredibly memorable. I would recommend going in October to take advantage of some blissful temperatures.
