부쉬가든 탬파 관련 출장길. 서비스 엉망, 불친절하고 대꾸도 제대로 하지 않는 종업원. 모든 종업원이 그렇지는 않았지만 트렁크 2개를 끌고 현관에 들어서는데 멀뚱멀둥 쳐다만 보는 호텔리어는 처음 봤습니다. 주차 공간이 차고 넘치는데, 유료 징수하는 것도 이해 불가.

Gutes Hotel nahe zum Bushgarden. Man hat uns zum Bushgarden gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Frühstück war amerikanisch doch ok. Was uns gestört hat ist, dass das ganze Geschirr aus Plastik bestand.

We drove from Canada and arrived at 1:45 in the afternoon and Brie ( front desk / van driver ) was friendly and let us check in. Room was a good size with a little kitchenet area. Breakfast was nice but needed another toaster with so many guests trying to use 1 toaster with only one side working. Brie took good care of us during our stay

There was no comfortable place to sit. The couch was low to the ground and very hard to get up from. The toilet was designed for a grade schooler - way too low to the ground. There were no menus in the room. Our cokes were semi frozen, they charged us $18 a day to park (in all fairness they gave us a $36 credit for the snack bar. The beds were so high we had to do a swan dive to get in them, and our backs both hurt. We went there because I am a cancer patient at Moffitt. Won't be comin back !!!

Room was old but ok, kitchen silverware was NOT clean. Big turnoff and killed appetite.
Parking is at hotel property, was charged $13.98 which seem excessive and greedy for unsecured parking on property.

We came to Tampa for a concert. We chose to stay here at the Hyatt.a at 4am our air conditioner stopped working, we also were in a room facing the highway. Some business near here had the nerve to start construction at 4am. How inconsiderate. So at 430 am we are up trying to fix our air unit just to get the fan to run so we don’t have to hear the cranes. Not the best experience honestly,

At the front desk, Bree was very helpful. She told me I could save money by buying my tickets for Busch Gardens on line. I struggled with that and she said she would help. She and I went thru it on her computer, printed my tickets and saved me $440.00. Alot of people wouldn't have bothered, but she was so sweet and helpful. She's a true asset to your business.

Room was dirty carpet had stains, the couch in the room had stains, the room had a bad odor. The bathroom ceiling had yellow stains. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good.
