I'm on the second floor and there's no elevator but the staff helped me carrying my luggage upstairs.

The staff at the reception was rarely there. There's an whatsapp number, but I've never got a proper response in time. Make sure you call them if you have something urgent. I had one such bad experience in the following: I had a problem with the physical key to the room. I tried to call the staff via whatsapp, and was told that he would arrive in only 30 minutes - that was already 23:00 in the midnight. Fortunately, he came within 30 minutes. Had he not, I would definitely have switched to other hotels.

The location is great. A towel was given which was amazing. The outside terrace was cute too. BUT they should definitely find a way how to ventilate properly in bathrooms & bedrooms because the air condition was horrific. As an addition I would recommend to offer ear plugs.

下午3點入住，沒問題，但是中午之前人都沒有！行李無法寄存，就等於白白浪費旅行時間！晚上洗澡，沒有熱水？！這麼低級的需求都無法滿足，東歐衹有10℃啊，洗冷水澡不生病才怪！最關鍵是：旅館客服WhatsApp，消息已讀不回，你會怎麼想？強烈不推薦！

服務可以 設施還行。不足的是 住宿者的明示提示不足 聽不得打呼嚕聲音的 就不要住集體宿舍了。半夜三更又是拍床又是折騰 就沒意思了。搞得都休息不好。

廁所設備蓮蓬頭故障 超難使用😮💨 女生宿舍的門沒有鑰匙可以上鎖 完全無法得知所有人出門後 會不會其他人進入🤔

チェックイン時間に間に合わず受付の方とお会いすることはなかったですが、カウンターに部屋のキーが置かれていたので特に問題ありませんでした。 部屋はとても清潔で寝具もとても快適なものでした。 ドライヤーは2Fの階段エリアにあり自由に使用できるみたいです。 早朝のチェックアウト時も返却口に部屋キーを投函するだけでしたので問題なくできました。 これは街自体のことですが、基本レンガ調の道なので大きなスーツケースを持っての移動は大変でした。 次回からは荷物をリュック形式にして訪れたいと思いました。 ありがとうございます。

挺好。塔林海邊城市，和波羅的海三國其它城市感覺不一樣。海邊城市美景。青旅距離還行，到景區都算步行距離。條件按照價格來看，也還行。就是塔林晚上風挺大的，可能對怕冷的人來説有點點冷。總體很適合旅遊，按照青旅水平，這家也還行。

旧市街の綺麗な街並みの中にあります。トイレ、シャワーはものすごく綺麗です。バスタオルは無料でベッドの上に置いてあります。とにかくとても良いホステルでした。

I can’t comment on the staff since I didn’t see one person from the time I arrived and I stayed two nights. However, I must say that when I booked the RoomIt did not state that I had a shed bathroom which normally tell you.

The hotel is quite good and confortable, nice central location and warm bed. Still the rooms should be more insulated from external noise as you can clearly hear noise from other rooms very easily
