"The room was clean and well-received by my family. We were dissatisfied with the following points. 1. Sleeping on the second floor in the middle of summer was not practical, even with a spot cooler. 2. The air conditioning did not reach the pet's room, so it was hot. I would like a dedicated air conditioner installed. 3. We were informed at the last minute that there was no water. The toilet was particularly inconvenient.
