When I checked in at Boyue International Hotel in China on 07/10/2026. I was so upset that the room/data package reservation that I had made online was not working. The night shift front desk receptionist whose name was Ms. Li understood my situation and felt my frustration. She was eager to help me out in every single aspect to alleviate my stress. Later when I went up to my room and found out that there was no mini fridge there, then I went downstairs and asked her to see if I can pick another room in which I can store my medicine in a mini fridge. She understood my needs and upgraded me to another room. She wasted no time and handled it in a very professional way. I greatly appreciate her. Since I was new in town and had no transportation. Throughout the weeks I was staying in the hotel, the morning/afternoon receptionists were calling transportation for me. They really went above and beyond for me. Moreover I was trying to do my laundry, and saw the washing machines were a little filthy. They realized the problem and informed the manager that the laundry room required immediate attention. Then the manager told the housekeeping staff to bring in 2 brand new washing machines down to the laundry room immediately just to accommodate my needs. The manager is outstanding. I didn’t expect she would have done that to me. The manager and her morning, afternoon and night shifts receptionists are excellent. They are very professional, enthusiastic, respectful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and most important is understand the customer needs and wants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel! The staff are friendly and caring, amenities are adequate, and room is spacious. We had an excellent experience! The only downside is people staying at the hotel don’t read signs about smoking and I hope the hotel can enforce the no smoking rule.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the "All-China National Games", specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making. Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, "We don't do laundry for customers." Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, "We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days." This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

I enjoyed staying at Boyue International Hotel very much. The hotel room is new with well equipped state of the art in room AI voice control butler assistance, smart bidet toilet, free in house washing machine and drying facilities. Love the peaceful settings of the hotel. Will return stay when I’m in Taishan, Guangdong again.

Lack of services

The hotel is relatively new as compared to some of the other ones in the neighborhood. The room we booked was nice and clean. Unfortunately, they don’t have a fridge in the room which is inconvenient. The breakfast included was plentiful but quality is mediocre. But, this is no complaints considering this used to be a rural area of Kaiping. There are a few variety stores in close proximity that you can get some fruits and drinks so that is good. Will stay there again next time.

Perfect location and very new hotel with new facilities

Good value for money and the location is great. The hotel includes full size Chinese restaurant which is great for hosting large events. Only issue is that because there’s so many rooms, you need more to wait for lifts.

Nice environment very new. The receptionist is very friendly.

The room is pretty good and comfortable but one thing need to improved is the shower area need to change it so the water won't overflow onto the toilet area.
