Everything is nice and clean. Every staffs are perfect.

This is so far my favorite Hilton – and I’ve been to quite a few! I was looking for a calm, relaxing vacation, where I could read, reflect, exercise, sleep and relax… and I got all of it here. Rabia at reception welcomed me warmly and gave me a tour of the property, which she said was built about one year earlier. She gave me an upgrade to a beautiful room with a terrace, facing the pool and ocean beyond. Everything is very new, modern and clean. (Housekeeping did a meticulous job of cleaning the room). Breakfast was soooo delicious – from the omelette station to the freshly squeezed juice (carrot, pineapple, apple, orange…), cappuccinos and fresh baked goods. I would eat so much, I’d skip lunch (and sometimes dinner). The hotel staff, who were all very friendly, remembered my orders since I stayed for quite a few days – it felt like I was at my neighborhood café! Dinner is offered at the hotel as well – there are options for seafood, tagine, etc. with dishes and sides ranging in price from approximately $7 to $20. The gym was well equipped (cardio, weights, a scale, towels, water, etc) and spacious. Most days I had it all to myself. There are several pools (4 outside, I believe, and 1 indoor, which is heated). I saw only one or two people swimming the whole time I was there. (The staff told me I came at a quiet time of year, so I was lucky.) The grounds are also beautiful. Just out the back gate, (which is manned by security), is the promenade and beach. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to Taghazout. I felt very safe. One day there was quite a bit of noise from renovations to the pool, and when I raised it with the front desk, they offered me a complimentary deep tissue massage in return. (There’s an adjoining spa and hammam. My massage was fabulous.) The renovation noise also diminished over the subsequent days. Overall, a place that I would love to visit again.

Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa Has been a wonderful place for a short break to relax and get away from fast paced life. Staff all friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to Mehdi in the Anaw restaurant who served us so well every time. Highly recommend for a quick getaway and lots to do in terms of activities and a pretty town a short walk away full of character. All in all, lovely.

Very good stay in really recommend you to goo breakfast was amaziiing thak youu for everything am sure am going to come back next yeaar hope the service stays the same and why not i ll come back to find new things i already booked my next stay for December see ya

We spent a nice vacation at hilton taghazout bay beach resort and spa . staff were very nice and friendly, breakfast was on point, It had a wide selection of hot and cold food. . A special thanks to the reception who were very helpful. we're definitely coming back soon .

We only stayed for a week and it went like a storm! Too quickly for us and we would like to go back soon. The hotel facility is great but the most special asset relates to the staff. They catered for our every need and went above and beyond. I will name names starting with an amazing lady called Omiama. She was delightful and very pleasant with a hidden charm. We were very fortunate to be greeted by her and treated respectfully as a guest to Morocco. It was a wonderful encounter. I believe she would make a fantastic customer relations manager for any hotel. Mr Omar and Mr Driss were excellent in their management of the breakfast. Our daily service with Hafid was charming and happy every day. He is a hard worker. Hassan and Morji plus Mohammed were great at omelets and traditional Moroccan breakfast. We were very well looked after including Youssef and Otman and the rest of the team. What a great team culture and excellent atmosphere. We will return for the amazing staff and my family enjoyed the special treatment and experience. Hopefully they will continue to grow as a team and make more memories for other guests.

Unforgettable stay ! We loved everything in our stay and we had a relaxing vacation in Taghazout, lucky us we found a great weather to enjoy surfing. Special mention to the reception team, they made sure we had a nice stay and provided us with everything we need, Thank you guys you were super kind and professional ❤️

Breakfast service was good, all other meals both food and service were poor. Only 5 star hotel I've ever stayed at that had a limited menu (with only 3 options) for guests on half board. Pool area had some nasty uneven paving in one paer. Definitely not 5 star, might give it a 3 if I was generous.

Super loud music as they organize a lot of events and have a beach night club that won’t let you sleep at night .. even music should be stopped at 11pm it mostly doesn’t and you can enjoy disco in your bed all night long. When I called the reception the answer was „this is a hotel that’s normal“ And further they didn’t pick up anymore Don’t recommend !!

Lovely and clean hotel. Excellent staff. The two receptionists Rabiaa and Zahira were welcoming and helpful. The waiters Mohssine, Marouane and Omar were lovely and friendly, always smiling and offering their best service. Food in Anaw restaurant was delicious. Breakfast had a wide selection of hot and cold food. Driss in breakfast was fantastic, always welcoming us with a big smile.
