I booked a room with windows for my parents but I need to complain before they accommodate them at the right room.

Old A/C that turned my CPAP filter black in one day. Bed was three inches thick and moved every time you moved. I hated going back to the hotel.

Had trouble checking in since they do not acknowledge the booking I made through Trip.com since they mentioned that the price that was indicated in Trip.com is not the correct rate.

Good hotel with good ambience. Very convenient all we need for toiletries is fully covered. With coffee and tea plus electric iron is a must. Thank you tacloban plaza Hotel.

I like the location. Very convenient and easy to find. There are a lot of ATM machines around and there are plenty of restaurants too.

Have stayed at this hotel previously and was convenient for what was needed to be done close to town and Immigration Office. Restaurant served decent potions and was enjoyable. Staff friendly and courteous.

Nice Hotel Service

The Hotel was so nice and clean, especially when we stayed with my toddler. The location too was accessible .

The place is quiet despite it's location,rooms are clean and staff are very helpful and accomodating.

Located at the heart of downtown Tacloban, this hotel is easy to find and surrounded by bustling local businesses, restaurants and department stores. My family has been booking Tacloban Plaza Hotel for years now, not only for its prime location, but also for its cleanliness and great customer service. The staff are always courteous and checking-in and out is a breeze. As I've said in my previous reviews, this is our go-to hotel because it feels like home.

The last time we went here is just the same as when we get here. The services and cleanliness of the place is the same. 🫶🏻
