Wir haben das Hotel online bei Check24 gebucht. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Innenstadt. (10 min zu Fuß). Zum Strand sind es ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß. Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine Standard Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls modern eingerichtet. Leider gibt es keinen Schrank, um Sachen zu verstauen nur 4 Bügel. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück war gut und wie in den meisten Hotelketten standardisiert. Die Plätze im Frühstücksraum sind bei Vollbelegung viel zu wenig. Wartezeiten sind nicht zu vermeiden. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Das Einzige, was mich persönlich gestört hat waren die nicht eingehalten Corona-Regeln in Bezug auf die Masken Pflicht. Obwohl überall Schilder waren und meiner Meinung nach diese auch noch in Polen gilt. Über die Hälfte aller Gäste hat keine Maske getragen, vor allem beim Buffet war das nicht in Ordnung. Und das Personal hat nichts unternommen. Schade. Seltsam fand ich auch die Regelung, dass ich an der Rezeption Bescheid sagen musste, wenn mein Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. In anderen Hotels gibt es z. B. einen Gutschein für die Bar, wenn man das Zimmer nicht reinigen lässt.
Wir waren innerhalb 8 Wochen das 2. Mal in diesem Haus und lieben es. Der Service, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das gut sanierte Hotel, ob das Haupthaus oder die Residenz, wir mögen die Ruhe, das Angebot von Kur- oder Wellnessanwendungen und den AusKlang des Tages in der Bar. Wir planen schon den nächsten Aufenthalt. Bademäntel kann man ausleihen, die Schutzgebühr bekommt man wieder. Hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnus
In general hotel is very good. It has clean , spacious, modern rooms. I was surprised not having options „Please dont clean my room”which is available in other hotels already. We can use our towels more than once right? Food was also ok however there was extreamly crowdy during breakfast. It was such a noise in the restaurant that there was no chance to enjoy your meal. What disappointed me the most was service. It happened for the first time. We wanted to enjoy a coffee on the 13-th or 14-th floor in sea view cafe when waiter, young tall man, said to us in impolite way “ next time ask if you can move the chair before doing it. It is not allowed to do so. If you want to eat anything you can’t sit here but at a different table” we were shocked by his behavior! It was said in a rude way and we simply felt like uninvited guests. We left the caffeine without drinking anything. In my opinion, 5 stars hotel can’t afford to hire such staff. It damages its reputation. We also had similar situation on the reception desk - lady made us feel like stupid when she could not answer our questions. I was a guest of Hilton hotel which belongs to the same owner and is located near Radisson. I would come back to Hilton. Radisson disappointed me offering service like in average , poor hotel. Too much visitors made them feel so comfortable in beeing not nice to guests. It was not a rule - when we asked lady who’s name was Karolina she explained everything in 2 minutes with smile. If someone doesn’t like his/her job should not do it. I hope owner will consider this and invest in trainings for his staff.

Each comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a wardrobe. A private bathroom offers a shower and a hairdryer. There are two restaurants available which specialise in Polish and European cuisine - complimentary breakfasts are served in the hotel restaurant, as well as a lobby bar serving drinks. Guests at Interferie Medical SPA have free access to an impressive indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness centre. Various treatments and massages can be booked. There is a nightclub and a bowling alley and the hotel organises various games and events for its guests. Świnoujście Train Station is 1.7 km away and the lighthouse, one of the tallest in Europe, is 1.3 km away.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night only, but enjoyed the time we had at this hotel. Our hotel room had an amazing view over the beach. All the rooms are quite new and well equipped. The selection at the breakfast buffet could be a little more vegan friendly, but I’m not sure if there’s a high demand for it. All the staff we’ve encountered was very friendly. The ladies from the front desk (thanks to Zenata and Grazyna for the lovely check in and for helping me out with all the questions), the waiters at the buffet restaurant and the gentleman at the bar..everyone was so polite. We will come back!
We stay here eight days. Main reason was healthly treatment program in nice environment. The target is achieved and we get very good holiday. Staff is very friendly and the dinner every day surprice us in nice way. Many German old people you should realize that stay in this hotel as well. Only one thing could be better - lift algorythm because in some time waiting time is too long
Hotel położony w ustronnym miejscu daleko od ruchliwych arterii. Świetne miejsce z basenem, dwoma dużymi jacuzzi oraz basenem solankowym. Do dyspozycji dwa rodzaje saun sucha i parowa. Świetne śniadanie w formie bufetu szwedzkiego.
