โรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำในบาสแรง

Прекрасный отель, в номере приятные комплементы чай, кофе, халат и тапочки Замечательный спа, большой бассейн, Турецкий хаммам и сауна Полным разочарованием стали завтраки, что удивительно … но факт. От отсутствия мест где сесть и полного игнора проблемы со стороны персонала, до безобразного качества и ассортимента еды. Буквально нет ничего, по запросу не делают ничего, ощущение что еду достают из пакетов из супермаркета. Персонал вместо помощи ждут, когда у Вас лопнет терпение и Вы просто уйдете. Поэтому однозначно рекомендую отель, но не рекомендую докупать завтраки

One of the strangest hotel I stayed. I've visited 21 European Country so far, but this hotel was quite different from the previous ones. Firstly, the check-in process was annoying. The woman in the reception told us that we would not be able to have the key of the apartment before 3 pm, which had been officially anounced. That was understandable. However, the woman at the reception could have been more polite. Furthermore, they asked us to fill out a form although she had already asked our personal information. There was no air conditioning at the reception desk but we had to spend time over there despite the extremely hot weather. After 3 pm, more than 10 people were waiting in front of the desk in order to collect the key of the apartments (havasız küçücük bir alanda)... Finally, it was our turn, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for 50€ (if we break anything in the apartment) and they told us this can happen. Ok, maybe it happened before but although I stayed in apartments more than 8-10 times (in different European countries), I've never encountered a policy like this. Apparently, they came up with a ”genius” policy that no other apartment I have stayed in across Europe has ever had. As a bonus, there is a sign inside the room: ”if you forget to clean the kitchen, we charge you with 15€”... Also, inside the room, there was no enough rack to put our luggages on.. Even if the room was clean, and the location was good enough, this apartment/hotel will be a place I never want to stay again...

อาหารเช้าดีมาก โรงแรมกว้างขวางและโปร่งสบาย สวนสวยงามและได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี การเดินทางไปที่นั่นโดยไม่มีรถอาจจะลำบากสักหน่อย แต่ถ้ามีรถก็มีที่จอดรถฟรี ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดีมาก ถ้าได้ไปอีกครั้งโดยรถยนต์ ฉันจะเลือกโรงแรมนี้อีกแน่นอน

ห้องสะอาด เตียงนอนสบาย อบอุ่น วิวจากห้องพักสวย สมาร์ททีวี พนักงานตอบสนองดี เครื่องซักผ้าใช้แล้ว : เครื่องซักผ้าดี 3€ และเครื่องอบผ้า 2€ จ่ายบัตรแคปซูลก็นอนตรงนั้น มีพก น้ําอุ่นมากในสระ แต่วันธรรมดามีตารางงานที่ไม่ดีตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้า วันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ และวันหยุดตั้งแต่ 9 โมงเช้า และตลอดจนถึง 20.00 น. และปกติเราจะกลับมาตอนนี้เท่านั้น อารมณ์เสียตารางการเข้าออก เช็คอินตั้งแต่17-20 เช็คเอาท์ถึง 10.00 น.

The hotel was nice and clean, great services in a quiet area. The amenities were not the most modern but everything required was there and clean. Very great stay.

ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมที่สุดสถานีรถไฟและใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 10 นาทีจากใจกลางเมือง ตัวโรงแรมเองอาจต้องปรับปรุงบ้าง ดูเหมือนจะเก่าแต่ก็โอเคสําหรับการพักระยะสั้น ส่วนห้องพักตอนแรกฉันได้รับห้องรถเข็นซึ่งมีหน้าต่างบานเล็ก เตียงคู่ ไม่ค่อยสบายเลย และยังขาดเก้าอี้อาบน้ําด้วย เลยขอจัดให้ห้องซูพีเรียสตูดิโอที่จองไว้ตอนแรก :) ห้องพักกว้างขวาง มีเตียงใหญ่ ห้องครัวขนาดเล็ก เครื่องซักผ้า ตู้เย็น จาน และเครื่องครัวบางอย่าง เพียงพอสําหรับการพักระยะสั้น สิ่งหนึ่งที่ทําให้ฉันประหลาดใจคือห้องน้ําและห้องน้ําแยกจากกันในมุมต่างๆ ของอพาร์ตเมนต์: ห้องน้ําที่ประตูทางเข้า และห้องน้ําข้างเตียง ดังนั้นคุณต้องหันหลังกลับสามมุมเพื่อล้างมือ 🤪 แต่พนักงานก็ช่วยเหลือดีและโดยรวมแล้วฉันพอใจกับการเข้าพัก ขอบคุณ!

Forse pecca un po’ di pulizia, abbiamo trovato i cestini non svuotati dal precedente ospite. Letto comodo. Possibilità di avere doppio cuscino.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

The receptionists are very nice and helpful. The room is nice but you can still hear when people walking outside.

La dame de l'accueil a étais très sympathique et serviable . J'ai pu avoir un plateau repas pour le petit déjeuner malgré mes horaires de travail très tôt (5h)
