This is not 5* facility, food below average, rooms are not 5* standart. Housekeeping doesn’t exist. If you can do not stay here it’s not worth the money. We have paid for the NYE package and for room w sauna. We have received room w sauna , but not in the main building. It was walk distance apartment komplex, which we weren’t told before arrival. With two small children quite inconvenient as you have to dress them all the time during winter time. On arrival we have asked what is included the NYE Package exactly , we were told it’s dinner and some entertainment. Fair enough we didn’t expect much. Before we arrived we probably received 5-6x emails regarding what time we want to attend breakfasts and dinners. We have responded to the first email straightaway, but the hotel staff doesn’t speak English which make things more complicated. Anyway on arrival when we did checking we did asked about this timing and we were told to don’t worry about it, which I have find out incredibly strange. Second day on the 30th of December I did asked again on front desk what is happening as we didn’t have still any information about the NYE. We were told there is extra lunch and rest is same. On 31th we arrived for dinner and we were told that dinner start at 8pm for adults only. Kids dinner was from 7pm in different room. W kids 3y old and 6months old is this not acceptable. I went to front desk complaining about this situation as we paid for this package, but we can’t use it and if we knew what is happening we would have not pay for it as we are can’t use it. I asked for compensation as nobody was offering anything. Nobody cared….. At the end they offers as 300zlt as compensation at lobby bar, which was poorly handled by them again… the general director of the hotel went to see us and apologised , but too late. He also asked us to wait for Cyryl who should have taken our dinner order, but we could have wait for him till today…..Cyryl also works at Ala carte restaurant where he served us once and it was as not pleasant experience again! Cyryl acting like he is the owner of the place, but he has no experience in hospitality whatsoever. And I can judge, I used to work in two Michelin star restaurant and traveling for work a lot , I know how 5* experience should look like. Also I asked about the housekeeping the manager Kamila told me it’s once every two days. We never saw our room tided up or clean up and we stayed 5 days. Today when we check out I mentioned as feedback and I was told it’s clean every 6-7 days what a joke this place. THIS IS 3* apartments complex not 5* experience. Also rooms has no enough storage- there is only one wardrobe in one room in 6 bedroom apartment looks like they run out of money….. And in my opinion I think the staff know it, but they don’t care as they can’t do much about it. If it doesn’t come from management nothing will change. You definitely need to change your name to ELEMENTS APARTMENTS AND SPA ***

Hotel Elements to prawdziwa perełka w Świeradowie-Zdroju. Lokalizacja idealna – blisko szlaków turystycznych i atrakcji. Pokoje nowoczesne, świetnie urządzone i bardzo wygodne. The place is brand new yet somehow poorly planned, maintained and disorganised overall. It is squeezed between other hotels and private households and continuously expanded/developed. The capacity of underground parking and on-premise lot are nowhere near the number of rooms so most probably you will be sent to a gravel parking good healthy five minutes walk downhill from the place. The on-site parking is next to one of hotel wings, so if you are on unlucky on level one there you may enjoy someone's bumper next to your balcony glass. If you have even numbered room in x50/x60/x70th you will be offered a magnificent view of hotel expansion construction site with all noisy attributes. One of our rooms had faulty aircon. Eventually hotel staff managed to enable it yet in two-mode operation: meat locker (cooling if you set it to 14C) or oven for any other setting. From really five star place one would expect unintrusive and efficient service. Again not so much here, room cleaning to begin with. Very slow and unpredictable. Carts clog corridors for most of the day. You can leave for a tour, seeing room next door being finished, only to return three+ hours later and see no one even looked at your place. Animation for kids was good though, Lego workshop and disco being very pleasant highlights. Generally place is kids friendly with necessary amenities (stool / toilet seat) provided. To be fair the spa is good, with some quick complimentary chocolate wraps go with any paid massage option (Jul'23). Both signature relax, 360 massage (and those chocolate quickies) were well designed and executed, reached complete nirvana. Buffet breakfast decent but nothing extraordinary. A bit packed around 9am. Decent coffee - probably kudos to brand new espresso machines and not the worst grains. Another friendly advice would be to skip on the in house restaurant. Maybe its chef is some famous guy but you can't really tell it apart from the price. Literally any place around would provide better value for money, recommend Greek and Italian next door.
