Our stay at the Suzhou Intercontinental was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we stepped into the reception area all the way through to room services, everything was top-notch. We traveled with a toddler, and the room was not only spotlessly clean but also incredibly spacious – plenty of room for our little one to move around safely. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options, so even picky eaters were happy. The highlight for us, though, was the pool. It’s beautifully well-lit, feels very safe, and the design is thoughtful and relaxing. Our toddler absolutely loved it, and we felt at ease the whole time. I also want to give a special shout-out to Jennifer. She was so nice, warm, and incredibly responsive – she really made us feel taken care of. Overall, we loved every moment of our stay. Next time we visit Suzhou, we will definitely book the same hotel again. Highly recommended for families!
