Convenient location, the room was very comfortable m we enjoyed our stay. Front desk can be reached anytime via wechat n laundry was free! Highly recommended. The crab noodles restaurant nearby was also super yummy. Alot of food choices around

Pusu Hotel Suzhou was a very nice and elegant retreat. The design beautifully blends modern comfort with traditional Suzhou charm. My room was clean, stylish, and relaxing. The room is large compared to the standard hotel in China that I've stayed so far. The staff were warm, helpful, and made me feel truly welcome. They provide wechat where it shares recommendations of nearby food and places to visit. In addition they can support enquiries via wechat. They event provide free laundry. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the city’s main attractions. Every detail, from the decor to the service, was thoughtful and refined. A wonderful stay—I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Suzhou.

Very nice room and very convenient to get to. Less than a 5 min walk from subway. The rooms are clean and big. They are very nice when you have questions. They will add you on WeChat to have a better communication with you. Room is big and the window view is very nice. There is a big pond outside with lots of fishes. The only downside is that their only elevator is very very very small. Only fits 2 people with 2 luggages. When you get there you need to go to the second floor to meet them. There are rooms on floor 2 and 3 but you need the card access to get to floor 3. Overall a 4.9/5 only downside is elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Suzhou Pusu Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions and local recommendations. A pleasant surprise was the free coffee and complimentary laundry service, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. What we loved most was the excellent location — just a short walk to the metro station and surrounded by charming old streets and historic neighborhoods. If you're keen to explore authentic old Suzhou, this hotel puts you right in the heart of it. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We loved staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, staff very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are big and clean.

Hotel is very close to Besita train station very convenient. Hotel entrance is very easy to be missed but it is in the same building as China construction bank so just look out for that. Enjoyed the balcony outdoor seating area a great way to have some snack and tea while relaxing. All the tourists and famous walking streets are all within walking distances lots of eatery surrounding hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating overall this hotel is value for money.

Excellent location, just 1-2mins walk from Beisita metro station to the hotel, just right beside the China Construction Bank. The staff were very friendly & helpful, they upgraded our room foc. Room is big, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

location not bad but I feel the floor is not that clean enough and they forgot to give us the sliper. otherwise very good.

The room is spacious and view nice view from the window. Overall it’s a very comfortable stay, hotel location is very near to metro station. There are free coffee and snacks for the guests as well.

Location is perfect, right in front besida station Free laundry + dryer which the staff helps you with it. Room is huge and clean
