Nice but I was deceived by the picture, the bathtube is actually too small, only for little kids...that was the only bad point. Calm and clean and spacious.

My goto place in Suzhou. Quiet yet central for SIP. Home from home with a fully equipped kitchen and a guest laundry room. 1 bedroom suites particularly good value. Also nice to have a bath!

We stayed in Citadines for a week before our flight since we were relocating. The entire staff was all very accommodating and supportive 5*. If you move to Suzhou or leave Suzhou and have a few days to bridge, definitely recommend the place. Location is perfect and the hotel was clean and nice. Will be back when I come here on a visit.

I appreciated the excellent location and the convenience it offered, I found that the hotel itself is in need of refurbishment. The facilities felt a bit dated, which impacted my overall comfort during the stay. Additionally, I was disappointed with the breakfast options. Unfortunately, they did not meet my expectations in terms of variety and quality. I believe that addressing these areas could significantly enhance the experience for future guests.
