Would 100% come again and definitely recommend! Before we arrived, the staff reached out to us on Trip to see what time we would arrive. When we reached, they helped to take our luggage up to our rooms & also provided special decorations in the room after we told them it was our 7th year anniversary! The room was very clean, neat, and aesthetic. Cozy and warm when we arrived as well. The location is also superb (~10 min walk away from Pingjiang Road & right by popular attractions like the Suzhou Museum & Humble Administrators Garden). They also upgraded us to another room when there ended up being construction nearby our original room. Overall we felt very cared for and happy to have chose this hotel for our first time in Suzhou. :)

It was great value for the money. I highly rank this beautiful hotel. It is the best hotel among the 4 star hotels I have stayed at. The hotel is well designed. There is Chinese traditional tea table and seats in every room. The corners are decorated with a stand and vase, and Bookshelf's lined with books. The center piece is the traditional poster bed with white curtain. All of this is completed with window sills that are carved with traditional pattern

Staff was extremely helpful and service was prompt. They helped us to carry all our luggages up to the second floor and they were extremely warm while hosting. We booked a family room and the room was very big and very clean, although I felt that the shower/toilet could be brighter as the lights was a little dim, and hoped that it could be more clean. The outside rooms were great though. Heating worked fine and our trip was kept warm throughout. Loved the bathtub and it was most importantly clean. Overall loved our stay and hope to come back again next time.

Very spacious room with beautiful furnishings. The staff are most helpful and friendly. Metro station and many attractions are within walking distance .

I had a wonderful stay at 禺钰客栈（苏州平江路拙政园店）. I want to especially thank the lady at the front desk for her kindness — my grandma has arthritis and cannot go up and down the stairs easily, and she immediately helped us by upgrading our room for free to a bigger one on Level 1. This thoughtful gesture really made our stay much more comfortable. The service here is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect — many major attractions are just a short walk away, including 狮子林、苏州博物馆、拙政园、平江路、双子塔集市, and many more. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Suzhou. I would definitely stay here again!
