Stay at Marriott was awesome. Room was very clean and spacious. Great Mountain View from room window. Breakfast was good and staff very cooperative and friendly. I am looking forward to staying at Suzhou Marriott Taihu Lake again and will definitely recommend friends and family.

Marriott never disappoints! We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it 😍 the location and the view from our room were amazing. We had a variety of activities like biking, hiking, reading books in a peaceful environment, swimming and warming our tired bodies in sauna 🤩 definitely is worth going all the way there from another city and having the best experience 🥰

Back again and the hotel is clean, the facilities are also very clean. Perfect spot for outdoor pool for kids.

On the first night of checking into the hotel, my wife and daughter had rashes while sleeping and we discovered the quilt and bedsheet were dirty and have lots of short hairs on them!!! Why??

Perfect escape from the city noise, nice scenery of the taihu lake. Spent a weekend and was happy with my daughter. It’s quite and ideal for someone looking to spend time near the mountains. The hotel has some nice amenities like spas, different restaurants within the hotel offering a variety for visitors. The service was fine, they went fluent in English but made our stay good. Also, the buffet breakfast was a win, some western options which was nice. Outside Pool could use some cleaning but overall had a lovely time at the hotel.

We had an overnight stay and enjoyed a lovely room overlooking the lake. The service was lovely and the people friendly. We ate on site and the buffets had a nice variety. As we had no car the area around was okay but not as scenic as we hoped.

If you're looking for a getaway, this is your place. The scenery is amazing! However, it's quiet and isolated, and as a solo traveler, I felt lonely. One can walk around during the daytime, but at night, there's no where to go. It takes more than an hour and more than 120 yuan (one way) to get to anywhere else in Suzhou. While there is a Family Mart nearby, no other restaurants or stores are available. The hotel restaurant is the only place where you can eat and room service is scant. I'm a foreigner, and don't speak the language, so I couldn't order anything, which made it even more challenging. So, in a nutshell, this is a great escape for quiet contemplation or personal retreat. But lacks the facilities for out-of-town tourists.

Nice stay with family, we really enjoyed! Recommended

兩個月前去太湖萬豪住過一次，當時Niki小姐姐非常熱情給了我們很好的照顧，於是這次又帶父母前往，逛了逛太湖，順便看看西伯利亞紅嘴鷗，Niki幫我們免費升級了房型，父母也住得很滿意，非常感謝😃

這次的酒店入住體驗堪稱完美！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就被其奢華大氣的裝修所震撼，大堂寬敞明亮，佈置精美，工作人員熱情友好，前台小哥哥Neil辦理入住高效迅速，還貼心地送上了歡迎果盤，早餐券。下次還會入住。

酒店離太湖很近，周邊有不少景區，很適合親子遊玩度假。由於獨自攜帶小朋友過來，stella王小姐姐給予了我們不少幫助，微信中也會很迅速的回覆我的一些問題。小朋友很喜歡室內遊樂場，雖然不是很大但是也足夠她玩了。另外還有個室外嬉水的區域，可惜現在天冷已經關閉，下次暑假再來呀。
