Was a good stay for the reason I was there! They went out of their way to help and accommodate me, even helped to send a package back to my home in Guangzhou!

Definitely one of the best hotels. Price is low compared to other hotels in Suzhou of the same caliber. Staff are friendly. Laundry facilities are Top Notch. Beds are comfortable. Everything is clean and tidy

The service is good, the receptionist were helpful to us , and they clean our room everyday.

I would like to share an interesting experience I had staying at this hotel. A friend invited me to Suzhou, and something unexpected occurred. We ended up in a hotel room that I had initially booked. After I checked in, I realized that I had booked a motel instead of the hotel I had intended to stay in. I looked up the closest hotel and also a chain hotel, and I decided to stay there for one night. The somewhat unusual thing is that the receptionist kindly suggested I cancel my Trip.com reservation and make a new one at the desk, as it might be a better deal. I was quite disappointed because it was my first experience with this particular brand. Based on my experience in Suzhou, I would be unlikely to select this hotel as a future accommodation option.

入住體驗滿分！前台小姐姐熱情周到，從入住到離店全程貼心服務。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，智能設施一應俱全。位置優越，周邊美食步行可達，性價比超高！

來看演唱會～酒店很好還準備了物料！整體衞生和服務都很好！還是機器人送餐，大家來奧體附近可以住這裏！位置確實很方便離地鐵站很近。

酒店環境很好，入住的時候前台服務態度特別好，給了瓶裝温水，還可以自行挑選房間位置。房間內的裝修很漂亮（大概是我住到最漂亮的房間了，這個顏色搭配和裝修風格我很喜歡），很新但是沒有氣味。衞生間的馬桶竟然還會加熱和自動沖水🫡床頭也有軟包擋板，很貼心。房間整體衞生很乾凈，沒有異味。外賣是用可愛的小機器人送上來的！早飯很好吃😭退房的態度也很好，還送了我們小禮物😭😭下次還會來住的這酒店太好了😭😭😭

酒店乾淨衞生，看演唱會三站地，地鐵超級方便，還送了早餐，服務很好。前台的小姐姐很友好。水杯丟了還幫忙找。大愛。

這個漢庭的環境和設施還可以，但前台總想法讓你辦會員，住了兩次，還是不同的説辭，一次要送早餐，一次是要給不挨着電梯和兩頭的房型，實在是有點煩

酒店位於蘇州工業園區，春節期間入住，周圍環境非常好，路上幾乎都沒有人，很安靜。酒店早餐比較有特色，周邊有鄰里中心吃飯也方便。酒店離地鐵站很近，1號線到金雞湖月光碼頭，東方之門都很方便。

因為出差的辦公室在這附近，選了這家蘇州漢庭，酒店房間非常乾淨，服務人員非常好，值得大家去住，晚上睡覺也很安靜很推薦
