ฉันไปเที่ยวซูวอนครั้งแรกในฐานะนักท่องเที่ยว ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดูเหมือนจะเป็นศูนย์กลางไม่ว่าคุณจะไปที่ไหนและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวก็อยู่ไม่ไกล พนักงานทุกคนก็เป็นมิตรเช่นกัน ที่น่าผิดหวังคือไม่มีโต๊ะเครื่องแป้งแยกจึงใช้ห้องน้ำได้หรือมีกระจกยาวเต็มผนังข้างเตียงแต่ไม่มีชั้นวางของจึงต้องวางของไว้บนเตียงและ แต่งหน้าขณะยืน

I was expected to have a nice stay at Marriott, however the reception person made me very disappointed to Marriott during the check in process. Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me "if there's anything she can help?" It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points! that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score... However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?

Very helpful and friendly staff service was worth the money. Facilities are good but not great. Gym was decent.

It's at the perfect location within a short distance to Gwango techno park and also many surrounded by many restaurants and shop. Strongly recommend.

I had issues with the room’s air quality and lack of adequate temperature control during my recent stay. The room was only equipped with a heating system in winter, making the air feel stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Unfortunately, there was no fan or air conditioning available to help with the situation. Additionally, the room service was subpar, with meals arriving cold and dry.

Staff very helpful and friendly

Hotel would be great if staff professionalism and attitude improved. This hotel does not meet the standard of Marriott and I recommend picking another hotel in the Suwon area if you want to be treated with basic respect as a guest.

This Marriott is connected to a very small mall with many restaurants (nothing fancy). The Mall is convenient and nice to walk around in. More importantly, it borders a wetland park, which is really nice to spend time in. There is not much to do in Suwon (it seems to be a business oriented city with many business people visiting LG and Samsung.) There is also a convention center and a larger mall next door. Breakfast is ok.

Nice hotel in suwon area, modern facilites and nice staff. We tried to early check in but not possible and too expensive
