เรดรูฟอินน์ แฮร์ริสเบิร์กนอร์ท

No service at all, took long for check in, room was fine, nothing fancy or extra, just  standard room, not exactly anything deluxe at all about their suite for the price but room wasn’t terrible and it was clean but no service at all

Awesome stay great staff great manger

It Smells in the room

La abitacion olía mal la cama era bien cómoda pero no se parecía en nada a las fotos que tienen de sus instalaciones

I canceled the reservation through *******, but for whatever reason it didn't go through. I received an email asking how my check in was, and I contacted both ******* and the hotel immediately to explain that I had canceled the booking. The red roof inn was unwilling to negotiate with me or with ******* on my behalf. They charged for "the first day" plus a penalty that totaled 2/3 of the booking price. Quadruple check that your cancelations go through! Needless to say, I will avoid this hotel in the future.

I enjoyed the stay. The bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful. The amenities were perfect for the one night we stayed during our travels. The sink drained slowly, but otherwise, the stay was great!

My biggest requirements with a stay are that it is clean and safe. This property is definitely in a safe place, came home late at night, Felt safe. It is reasonably clean, but everything is old, sheets are old and kind of yellowed, on inside out. This is not a luxury stay by any means. That being said, I knew what I was getting for this price point. The one thing I didn’t care for was in the hot and humid weather, The air-conditioning only went down to a certain point. The owner does not want you turning it cooler because obviously it would be a big bill for them, on their end. But it made for kind of a hot, muggy sleep. This is an OK stay. It’s kind of a you get what you pay for sort of situation.

Would not recommend this property. The hallway smelled like smoke and beer. The tv in our room would not turn on. The toilet did not flush. The towels looked visibly dirty/moldy. The beds seemed clean and were thankfully good enough for a decent night sleep. Would not stay here again. Glad we were only here for less than 8 hours. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning.

Clean room, staff polite, if they fix the plumbing from the dripping water from the shower, they will save on the water bill. Then they can buy better sheets and pillows. Bring your own bedding here.
